Very quick and convenient experience
Once I've found this service and made an order to repair a pushchair all steps till getting the pushchair back were really quick and smooth - also Buggy Pitstop were very flexible with their options - managed to agree on express repair and self-pickup. Also repaired pushchair became so much easier to use!

Received wrong wheels - but new ones sent
UPDATE: had an email first thing Monday morning arranging next day delivery of the correct wheels (and I letting me keep the wrong wheels). Can't really ask for more than that.
Sadly I have received the wrong item - Iâve been sent two front wheels instead of the two back wheels that I ordered. These things happen but itâs a bit frustrating as it means I have to wait even longer to use our pram.
