I have recently started my company and using this project estimate has been an excellent service very helpful Ian all aspects of the building works I would recommend very highly to anyone who needs to do projects

Price was very far off what it should of been, and should I have sent their quote I would of lost thousands of pounds. Priced the wrong materials in various sections including the incorrect roof tiles which would of costs thousands more if included in my quote. Cost £289 +VAT for a quote I re-costed and sent myself. complete waste of money.

Ridiculous estimate. Not thousands out, not even tens of thousands, but over a hundred thousand out. Totally made up rubbish. The measurements for the roof were more than double

I have used these guys a few times now, I found them helpful, you do need to check all information provided, so you your fully up to speed when you have a meeting with the client. I had a few armaments and BA carried this out with no fuss at all.

They offered a house extension quote and when queried, they had forgotten the roof!
The second revision was full of inconsistencies and errors against the brief to the first revision, that all confidence was lost. In the end, they didn't want to talk about their quote detail on the phone. UPDATE AFTER REPLY. Build Aviator (on their first quote) totally forget to add the fact that the house was having a whole new roof. There were so many errors that our builder asked if I could explain to Build Aviator the errors. I agreed to do so and they agreed. They left me a voicemail and asked me to ring them back but the next day, they told my builder that they had changed their mind and were not prepared to talk to the end customer. My builder was not happy ad vowed never to use them again. Same here!

I have used the By Design Service and found the team / system to be fantastic. From the inception to the visit to discuss needs and priorities to the first stage plan, review and final drawing sign off was incredibly fast. Thoughts to planning in just over a couple of weeks. Now awaiting planning permission. Plans were easy to follow and the team were ready to answer any questions and make adjustments very quickly. Defo a 5 Star service.

Been dealing with a lady called Audrey, been super helpful and very effective in helping me make some amendments to my project I am pricing, very happy so far!

Have just used Build Avoator as recommended by my local merchants. Previously unconvinced as to their worth. Now I'm a convert and will use them on every large conversion/extension. I love my working day but dread office time. I recon Build Aviator has not only saved their invoice, but an addition £500 of my time. The spreadsheet is amazing. Looking forward to using them again.

I have now used Build Aviator a couple of times and have found them very helpful, supportive. The staff for one being very pleasant, knowledgeable, experienced, adaptable, accommodating and understanding. It is a great platform to use to provide quotes for customers with a rapid turn around time. I would certainly recommend these and will definitely be using them in the future.

Build aviator have been great to work with, less time spent estimating ourselves, great detailed estimate to give to my clients

Decided to use Build Aviator following a conversation with the self build team at Jewsons.
I was originally going to get an outside building firm to build my new triple garage and oak porch but after receiving there quotes decided to project manage it myself.
So glad I did. Saved about fifty percent (75k) buy using BA.
It also helped having Eamonn, Joe and Mark (Jewsons Oxfordshire) advising me as I had no previous building experience.
The garage is now completed and looks amazing. If your thinking of project managing a self build I would highly recommend BA as it makes the whole process so much clearer, and easier, as they breakdown each phase of the build into manageable chunks that makes the ordering process straight forward.

First time using this via my Jewson account. With material prices being so volatile I couldn't risk under or over pricing the job.
Daniel who dealt with my quote was absolutely brilliant as he had a good knowledge of construction and helped me on a few questions my client needed clarification on.

I tried Build Aviator for the first time after speaking to Rachel in Jewson Ipswich. For the first one, to test it out I thought I’d the plans through to Build Aviator and to my QS as well to check the results, and there was approximately £50 difference. Very impressed with the results, and love the business reports. Will definitely use again.

Very good service, all documents are very well presented and the information is clear and concise. Then staff are very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Ive used build aviator a couple of times now and find them a cost effective way of pricing and creating a bill of quanties which gives me accurate information i can use to secure the tender.

was happy with the Build Aviator service. It was recommended to me by my Jewson contact. My only comment is that I would like a quicker turnaround time, but I didn’t realise they will do their best to work to any deadlines I have.
