I used Bunker to find the best value…

I used Bunker to find the best value insurance for my business last year. This year I requested a quote for less coverage and was quoted almost double what I paid last year for less coverage. When I questioned them about this, they just said the carrier I used was replaced. I’m sorry but that simply isn’t a good enough answer. On top of that they simply didn’t respond to my emails when I pointed out a massive difference between what I was quoted and what the new carrier came up with. When I called, the guy I spoke with was not accommodating and was not even apparently capable of editing the coverage on the quote. I was able to find a slightly better insurance policy for half the price elsewhere. My advice: go directly to the main carriers they work with who will be more flexible and responsive in customizing quotes or try a different broker altogether.

Had to change carriers

I was given advance notice of my carrier exiting the business insurance space. Bunker worked out an option for me to consider. I was disappointed that I only had one option to consider (and at a much higher annual premium). Communication has been responsive and timely

Easy to nce charge…

Easy to buy but insurance charge monthly extra 10 dollar processing fee each month this is very bad thing

Hi Gopal, we appreciate the nice review! Unfortunately there is a carrier that charges $10 per month in processing fees and we agree that this is very high. Bunker has no control over this fee. Sometimes this carrier is the best and cheapest option for our customers even with the fees considered. We have provided our feedback to the carrier, but for now we recommend paying in full if possible so the fee is only paid once!

Unexplained increases

I have worked with them for over 2 years. This year, I got a dramatic increase in my premium without any context or explanation, as I never submitted a claim. I'm not sure why.

Since this is automatically sent to you by the carrier we did not reach out with the same information, but you can call or email us anytime to discuss your policy.
