I never initiated any service with Bunker Protect Inc., but I received a bill this month. I tried calling their customer service, but they stopped supporting phone, and emailed them but got no response yet.

No Customer service to call into anymore! Apparently, this change occurred without any notification to customers? They are listed as agent, with a phone number, but when I called to update a policy, was given a message they no longer have live support. ALL VIA EMAIL. So, sent an email, to which I have yet received a response, which is costing me delays in accepting contracts since I do not meet insurance requirements required!!!

Terrible experience across the board. They've eliminated any way to actually speak with a human by going 100% online. Then it takes multiple requests through their online support to get a response and most of the time, you never get what you need. They asked me to return signed docs that they hadn't yet provided to me for review. They let my business auto insurance lapse for 3+ months with NO notification or options. There is no urgency whatsoever for their customers. After their support team had been notified 19 TIMES via their support@buildbunker contact alias regarding a situation extremely detrimental to my business with ZERO response, I contacted the head of their entire business unit thinking that would get someone's attention. Again, NO RESPONSE, NO URGENCY, NO ASSISTANCE.

I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for your business insurance needs. Bunker is totally asleep at the wheel.

I don’t see them on the BBB site. They have removed their phone support and do not answer emails. I am not sure if their business closed and they are scamming us or what but I am not impressed and looking for another company. We needed to increase coverage and add some coverage and asked for a new estimate and have ghosted us for over a week. Why wouldn’t they show up on Better Business Bureau?

My account suddenly disappeared! I have been using Build Bunker for a few years and have had good experiences so far with really responsive support. However, when I tried to login today, my credentials didn't work and it seems like my account disappeared. I tried to call, but the phone line doesn't provide support, and have sent multiple emails but have gotten no response back!

What is going on???

Received my smart coal bunker today and I'm very impressed with it,easy to assemble and looks good with 2 keys,was a bit hesitant to order at first due to the price but so glad I did as it's worth it and will last a very very long time.

Do not waste your time with them, they do not have phone number to discuss the policy and email responses are painstakingly slow.
I found them very unprofessional.

You send me a quote and it says to call to pay. When U call you say you only have on line support. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Will move to a firm that values their customers and understands that sometimes you need to talk to a live person who know the insurance business. Texting does not work

Can’t get a hold of anyone on phone. Only emails which are delayed in response.

Super easy to get small business insurance. I contacted them with what insurance I needed and in less than a week I was covered. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Initial quote for general liability came back at a different cost and different provider than I selected. The policy was also incorrect. I had to submit again to get the correct result which took extra days while the consultancy job waited.

Very responsive and answered questions in a timely manner.

My experience with Bunker is always streamlined and without issue. Great communication and assistance throughout the whole process.
