Please DO NOT do business with this company. They charged me over $40,000.00 for a project in 2021, they said would be finished by December 2021. They have produced nothing and no deliverables. They do not control their development team. They outsource to India and pay them little dollars. Again, this company is a sham. DO NOT use them. They took the deposit, told me it was not feasible to build in their platform, and then radio silence for months.

After months of follow-up when I informed them I had selected another vendor and that I required a refund of my deposit, I was informed that they could build it in spite of written confirmation from their technical teams that they could not build it.

Their slick smart studio is a slick money-making machine that doesn't really take into consideration whether they can build it. Once you pay the downpayment the entire slick sales team disappeared on me.

They have a process where they make the founders review early in the process when things are rosey, this has been corroborated by many people who have said the same thing to me while i was checking whether people have had my same experience.

We're building a robust fintech application and love the Builder.ai approach. The cost and support for features being deployed is unmatched compared to any other development resource we've used in the past.

Their support and knowledge of modern software management has been excellent. Our Project leader, Kuba, worked extremely hard to immediately dive-in and build a deep understanding of our business case. Kuba on several occasions went above and beyond to help us prioritize our resources and ensure we met critical deadlines. When we had to make adjustments, his insights were key to make sure we always deployed the most impactful features.

His eye to detail along with the robust Builder.AI platform and process has allowed us to move quickly in our space and grow marketshare in very short time.

For the past three years, I've held a vision for an app that would significantly enhance our ability to support our veterans through our nonprofit, VETSports. As a nonprofit organization, the realization of this vision became possible through sponsorship, which enabled us to embark on this transformative journey with Builder. Saw their ad on LinkedIn and reached out. It was my first venture in the tech industry and I wanted someone established to be on my side. From the get go I knew I was paying more than I should but for some reason I just felt comfortable with Builder.ai. They initiated the app development process in October 2022, and nearly a year has passed; I am still waiting patiently. I wished their tech team was as competent as their sales team.

Encountering challenges during a project's development is a common part of the process, and I appreciate that. However, it appears to me that Builder.ai may not be giving due consideration to small startups like mine. I acknowledge that my project may have a smaller financial scope, placing it at the lower end of their priority list. Nevertheless, what I am experiencing is simply unwarranted for.

The MVP was to be released by March 2023, but here we are in September 2023, and I have yet to witness any releasable version of the app. There are things that need to be done at my end but all that information comes in bits n pieces. They expect me to know everything that needs to be done and take that as an excuse for me causing the delay. If I were a tech expert then I wouldn’t need them in the first place - right!

If there is any delay from my end in providing any information or monthly instalments, their system promptly sends a message that the app has been further delayed. But there is no accountability for them causing any delay. The tech team continues to work in the background and although we are making progress, it has just taken the excitement away. They constantly share the releases for reviews. Once such was the Admin Panel ‘release’ and when I saw it, I felt as if this is Builder.ai’s first project ever. The UI/UX was just appalling and I would say that they have assigned my app to a bunch of newbies with no experience in this industry.

I was keen to launch the app in the mid of 2023 in order for me to participate in an annual World Conference scheduled in November 2023 but sadly I will miss this opportunity. Based on their commitment of the delivery date, I hired my support staff in February, signed up a retainership contract with the social media company from January and also incurred a few other expenses that have only burdened my bootstrapped startup.

I have spoken & written to them several times on how they will compensate for my losses but there is complete silence. This was my first app project and I was so excited but they have successfully just drained it all away. I considered cancelling my app and making all my services web based but this isn’t a possibility. I wish they can refund my money so that I can find another company. If they can give me the source codes and other details then I be happy to transfer this project to someone else. My friend & I bootstrapped this startup and I have apologised to him for this decision of mine. Our friendship goes along way so he is patient with me, but I know that every one has a limit and I hope it does not cost me my friendship.

So all those who are looking at hiring their services, please vet them thoroughly and be particular to include them compensating you for any delays, in the contract.

And if any of the decision makers or ‘C’ level executives at Builder.ai are reading this, then please introspect and intervene.

Although we had a rocky start, Vinod, the success manager assigned to us was patient and keen to help.
We are overall pleased with the outcome.

Would love to see the Builder AI platform grow and incorporate new features at a quicker pace so that it makes our website an even better shopping experience.

Quite disappointed with Builder.Ai's services.
They've had 3 different Project Managers in just 3 months – indicative of their unstable operations. The customer service is notably lacking, with delayed responses to emails. Even reaching out to the CEO didn't yield the desired results.

Considering using Builder.Ai for your app? Perhaps look into other options first.
If you're thinking about joining their team, be aware that the internal communication may leave you wanting.
From a tech standpoint, they once recommended a plug-in not available in India.

In summary, if you're looking for a smooth experience, Builder.Ai might not be the best first choice.

Being new to building this type of application, the Builders AI team have been very supportive at every step and we are heading to an exciting launch of a highly customised application.

This is absurd!

1. What’s the point of the negative experience review if the company can take it down by asking for more details/documents from me? And if I am not comfortable to share that, TP just deleted it. I feel so under the cosh!
2. This business is still my worst experience in life. I feel so ripped off by Builder.ai and now by TrustPilot. While you see this, please run like someone is chasing you with a “…”

I am having an excellent experience with the Builder team assigned to the Aljabr project. They are friendly and easy to communicate with, and they understand my requirements perfectly. I can explain my ideas and imagination for how my app should be, and the Builder team is making it happen even better than I imagined.

I am confident that they will finish the project on time. They have been honest with me throughout the process, and I appreciate that. They are always willing to answer my questions and address my concerns. I can see all of my designs before they are developed, and I can add my comments. They are also very responsive to my feedback. It is also helpful that I can test the application once each part has been developed. This allows me to give them feedback on how the app is working and make sure that it is meeting my needs.

I am very happy with the work that the Builder team has done so far. They are a pleasure to work with, and I am confident that they will deliver a great product. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a software development company.

In First impression i realized that team is well equipped and giving importance to project but there are many errors in project and it is live, I'm dropping back to back emails but getting response in more than 3 hours and then a meeting happens but actions on the points not been taken care.
