Had 3 different product manager take care of our project since project started. Was initially worried about project changing hands but thankfully we landed into the safe hands of Vijay. Although the project was delayed by months, due to both internal and external factors, it was not Vijay's fault as he did his best to help us move forward.

The response received from BuilderAI team was absolutely mind blowing as the Prototype delivered was in absolute sync with the product idea conveyed; and it was delivered well within timelines. Heartfelt thanks to Aaditya and Vaanee for the immense efforts and time given to bring forth the prototype visualizations. It's absolutely an amazing experience.

I have had a highly positive experience with builder.ai thus far. This marks my second collaboration with the company in developing an application, and I am thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and organizational process. I recently finished my prototype with builder.ai and I have enjoyed my experience with them. At first we had few communication problems that was also partly my fault but their team dealt with the issue in a very professional way and I am very thankful for the productologist: Megha Gupta and the business development manager: Huda Kaziz and I would highly recommend them. I am satisfied with the overall experience and looking forward to launch my application.

Absolutely awful....I am going to have to fight to get out of contract. They totally ignored everything we said and have just ploughed on. We of course are protected under the The Consumer Rights Act 2015, which in their last email have totally ignored.

As an English teacher, I met Builder.ai purely by chance and started my project with them. We are now working towards building an education platform that teachers can use in their physical classes, and the experts at Builder.ai have helped me in every step of it. I would definitely recommend considering the expertise, team quality, and costs.

I've been using Builder.ai for my software development needs, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have been working with builder on developing a platform for over 2 years now - and it is still not fully developed. I wrote a review here and suddenly i get calls from the team to apologize. They forced me to remove my comment from here, It has been 3 months since i have taken down the comment - promised haven't been met.

Another example of their exploitation: Monetization was already discussed while giving them this project and there is a "payment" feature already built in the original costing for project. Now after 2 years they say that "in app purchases" would be an additional cost of INR 35,000 because it needs an effort of 3 weeks. Isnt it supposed to be obvious that everything related to payments has been built in already? Just to give some context, our app is currently a free app with just one page on voluntary contributions if the users want to contribute - optional. No complicated subscriptions etc. And payment page, razor pay integrations are all already done. Why would it take 3 more weeks and an additional cost for something that should have been done already? I spoke to a bunch of other developers who said that they are taking you for a ride.

UI UX and animations is bad. So bad that there are reviews of people saying that they are unable to see "back" buttons on the app page. Absolutely shoddy work. And when i pointed out flaws, they say - it will be an additional cost. I didnt ask for anything additional. I am asking for something i should have already got - and which was messed up by their old designers.

The app pages get killed the minute you leave the app to take a call. So even if you have written a long message, it will dissapear without being saved. And their team has the audacity to say - 'yes thats how it will be. There is no solution - its a very "minor" issue.' I am sure next thing they will say - you need to pay more to fix this.

So basically, everything you point out is brushed away as a new request and then pay more!!! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who doesn't have a technical background. They just make up stories and say they want more money!! What should have been a support is just a rip off. They are never on your team - its like a constant fight to make sure of a good quality app. This should have been a common goal.

They had a good team till last year who have all left. There have been new people coming in and out of this project and it has been a very bad experience. I hope no one else has to go through this.

Quite disappointed and fed-up with Builder.Ai's services.

They literally torture client by not delivering project anything as promised

There is productalogist who doesn't have clarity on the project timeline , there is IT manager who totally relay on developers and there are developers who are faceless.

The worst part is one developer does develop and there is another developer who sits at UK deploys and he doesn't have any clarity hence the undesired outcome and to resolve smallest of smallest change they literally take months

Complete waste of time , money and effort.

There is lack of understanding and there is no respect on client and their timelines

Very unstable organization and just keep adding pipelines issues for months by keeping our project in hold

The customer service is completely lacking, with delayed responses to any of our queries

No body is reachable Even reaching out to the CEO doesn't get any outcome

I sincerely request and warn anybody to get into an agreement with them and relay on them for your project

P.S they donot even support you for handover....beware of builder.ai

Their Delivery and understanding of solution is very bad. 4 Month project stretched to 1 year 8 months still not delivered.

When asked to handover to my internal team, vanished.

They hide under the vail , the senior to junior staff hide themselves, no contact details expect their chat portal.

Alway have a good big story full of excuses expect WORK.

I write this feedback to praise Kuba, our product manager, for his efforts and decisiveness during our app development thus far.

Although Builder.ai, as a company appears to be internally struggling and are clearly short on staff which has led to delays in our completion along with frustration early on - Kuba has been the one saving grace that has kept us moving forward.

Kuba has been excellent in listening to us as the customer and understanding our vision + needs while conveying that to the internal team and stakeholders to ensure quality and progress. Whenever concerns was raised, he was always successful in finding more resources or solutions.

A very happy customer here! I'm currently in the process of having a web and native app system built with Builder AI, and while the project is still about 4 months away from completion, I couldn't be more delighted with the service I've received thus far.

From the beginning, the entire team has been exceptionally helpful and friendly. The quality of the work they've presented up to this point has exceeded my expectations.

Working closely with the product owner, May, has felt more like having a technical co-founder rather than dealing with an external contractor. May's dedication to enhancing the system's processes and features has been truly inspiring, and she's made a significant contribution to the project.

I also want to highlight Nestor, who has been outstanding in assisting me during the sales and onboarding process. He's been instrumental in helping me navigate the addition of new features to the build, and working with him has been not only productive but also enjoyable.

Looking ahead, I'm incredibly excited to continue collaborating with the team. I have complete trust in their ability to deliver software that holds immense importance to me.
