The owner reached out to me and wanted to see if he could make things right for me. We came to an agreement and now everything is good. I’m very satisfied with this company and I would buy from them again.

I tried to buy an item. Checkout process went smoothly and I had an order confirmation. A week later I was told that the item is out of stock and the company is awaiting new stock. My order was cancelled by the company. When the item was in stock I was offered a coupon to reorder but the item had jumped in price. I was
informed that the price from my initial order would not be honored. While I may have received the item had I tried putting in a new order, it would have cost me more than my initial order. I ended up never receiving the item from this company. I gave a couple stars for communication and the coupon. Honoring the original order’s price and receiving the item would warrant 5 stars.

Fast ordering, great customer service, they fixed an issue that came from the manufacturer and stood by their word.

Although my EcoFlow River 3 hasn’t arrived yet, I want to highlight the excellent customer service I’ve received so far and why i’m even leaving this review. When I asked about shipping, I got a quick, clear, and supportive response. They even offered to speed up my order so it would arrive sooner… That kind of effort and communication really stands out to me and does not go unnoticed. I’ve had extremely bad experiences with customer service so I truly, truly, appreciate it. You guys truly stood out to me in the best way. You’ve earned a loyal customer in me, and I’ll definitely be supporting this company again in the future. I’m happy to keep doing business and will gladly recommend this company to others. Especially because of the insane deals they have for electronics!

Great communication!! I accidentally gave the wrong ship to, and it was addressed immediately. Also, my item was back ordered and I was kept informed the entire time, until it was delivered.

We live in a cabin cabin for over 5 yrs and from day one yeti 1500 x has even beaten a gas generator ,I give yeti #1thumbs up ,

Everything arrived packaged professionally and had good instructions to follow. The Battery was defective and I had expert help in diagnosing the problem and then they were fast in getting the warranty process completed and shipped me a new one right away. They kept me informed all the way and was very patient with me as I'm not a professional electrician.

I ordered a new generator, it was delayed in shipping but they kept me updated like I have never been. This customer service was five star excellent. I actually could not get mad because they were so on top of it!

The customer service at Build The Power (BTP) is exceptional. I was having trouble with my ONAN P4500i. It would not ramp up under load. BTP took the time to connect me with the right technician at Cummins and they were able to help me fix my generator. Other companies that I contacted would tell me to throw it away and buy a new one. BTP supported me.

Great service. Fast delivery. I had questions and they were very quickly answered. I made an error on my delivery address. When I emailed the correction, he immediately changed it and communicated it to the third party shipper. Equipment works and arrived in great shape. Well packaged.

Excellent communication and fast customer service. I placed an order online that I realized needed to be cancelled and the process was very fast and easy. Refund was immediately issued.

There was a problem with my order and when I wrote a not on the companies chat the company owner called me and the problem was corrected the next day and my generator was shipped promptly after that.

Buildthepower sent out my adapter right away and for a great price. However, it didn’t fit my solar panel, so I checked in about a return. The offered a refund that came through immediately.
Would highly recommend doing business with them.

Build the Power was EXTREMELY helpful in advising and updating us with respect to our order. It was a Cummins part that needed to be shipped directly from Cummins, and Build the Power was very instrumental in getting the part to us in a timely manner!

Had a dead sunpower home battery. Determined the gateway was bad. You sent me wiring diagram’s to update the gateway to insite installed and is working fine thank you
