I have gotten a few pairs of sneakers from them and they have been too notch. I also got a few jackets which were also very good quality and the themes on them were great. I love wearing them to conventions and people always ask me about them.

I have an 80s Instagram. I collect just about everything. I have a weakness for 80s toys, movies and shoes. I had no idea BullAirs was a one stop shop for everything I love. It’s been two years and I have over 30 pairs of shoes. The quality, fit and finish and variety is absolutely amazing. They have excellent customer service and the build quality on the shoes is phenomenal. They always have fun designs and new shoes coming out. If you are looking for a fun way to show your love for a franchise or toy line definitely check out their collabs. Thanks BullAirs A+++

I preordered shoes, a shirt, and jerseys. The wait time was long but expected, and the products looked good at first glance. Unfortunately, the sizing was completely wrong. The shirt that arrived first was about two to three sizes smaller than the size on the label. When I reached out, I was told on 11/26/24 that replacements were being made due to sizing issues, but I never received any update despite sending multiple emails.

The jerseys arrived in January, and they also were the wrong size. When I contacted the company again, I was told to send measurements. Since then, I’ve followed up repeatedly and received no response at all.

The bottom line: the sizing is unreliable, the communication is poor, and the company does not follow through on promises of replacements or refunds. Buyers should be cautious—once they have your money, you may not get support if something goes wrong.

This company will over promise and under deliver. Got kicked out of the Facebook group for asking about a product that was never delivered. The owner said my comment was “disparaging.” Clearly the owner is very unprofessional. You may or may not get what you ordered from this company. I know that I am out an item now that will never be delivered.

This is all stemming from a jacket I ordered that never came with the promised pin. I was last notified of an issue with the supply of pins for my Fallout jacket in September of 2024. At that time, we were given the option of a 20% off coupon code or the pin after they found another supplier. I replied back that I still wished to receive the pin that was supposed to be included with the jacket. Then radio silence for a year. I had to ask on Facebook to get any response. Thom then offered a $10 store credit , far less than the original offer of a 20% off coupon code. It seems that they forgot or just gave up about the missing items from a previous order affecting multiple people. No, a store code for a company that I will no longer be ordering from is acceptable. Especially when the resolve is valued even less after a year of waiting without any update. And when pressed, Thom decided to remove my comment from their Facebook page and ban me from the group.

The “disparaging remark” the owner is referencing was after we were offered $10 to shut up and go away. It was: “and you guys wonder why people are getting upset over you all over promising and under delivering?”

This review was also flagged by this company for “containing defamatory content.“ Basically trying to flag bad reviews to get them taken down is what this company is doing. Trustpilot sided with this review and has obviously kept the review up. Bullairs statement below obviously validates the issues that I have had with them.

If I could rate them 10 stars I would.

Ive been dealing with these guys for a while now (under a year) and their stuff has been top-notch in every aspect. Their sneakers manage to scratch every single retro itch one can have and the quality has been fantastic, especially for custom sneakers. Even when there may be a factory defect, the team is always proactive, making sure that the issues are resolved in one way or another.

Given the nature of custom products issued in made-to-order drops, there can be a long period of time between ordering and receiving your item and there are always updates (sometimes twice weekly) on the progress of all the models currently in production. These updates are on top of quarterly estimates on when the shoes will be shipped PRIOR to purchase, informing the customer of the estimated timeframe before they pay a cent.

These guys love what they do and it shows in their interactions with their community through their Facebook group, Bull Airs Secret Sneaker Society. Gary will give weekly updates via Facebook and Instagram live, allowing the community to interact with him, answer questions about orders or sneaker releases. They are EXTREMELY receptive to community input in a timely fashion.

Delays can occur for a variety of reasons, whether it’s boxes taking a long time to clear U.S. Customs, the factory forgetting to start production on a particular shoe, or the need for a modification; the community is kept informed at all times with consistent and transparent updates.

Is a made-to-order custom shoe company for everyone? Probably not. But if you are someone who can understand that the process takes time and that you are waiting on a piece of artwork, then I would absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend Bull Airs to any nostalgia nerd.

If you're on the fence with anything, join the Facebook group and take a poke around. And if you were to ask what the password for the VIP is, someone will gladly tell you; and who knows, it could be right around the time of a secret VIP drop that members of the group (its free to join) have access to.

Saw them at SDCC and bought some cool foam balls off of them. They even gave me extras just to have.

I wasnt happy with the service or quality of the shoe and the owner keeps trying to remove my review. If you keep doing this it will multiply im warning you.

Follow up - just got 2 more orders in and again I’m very impressed with the quality and designs. They turned out great. Yes, they take a little while but they are def worth it. Don’t let the 1-2 negative people here sway you, they don’t understand the process and then want to blame the team at BA. Check out their Facebook group, over 5,000+ happy customers. That’s all you need to see.

Bull Airs makes the best products and more importantly has the most detailed and helpful customer service of all time. If you’re a fan of anything pop culture then you will love the shoes and clothing they come up with. Thom, Gary, Brendan, and the rest of the Bull Airs Crew are some of the coolest and kindest people I’ve ever met. These guys go up and beyond for their customers. They put in so much work and love into their products and I appreciate everything they do. If only I had more money I’d buy from every drop lol I wish I can give them 10 stars if possible. There’s a bunch of haters trying to lower their rating on here and the real ones know that Bull Airs is #1 and can’t be beat. Thanks for everything guys!

More than meets the eye.

Just opened the box to find my DiaKlone shoes. Outer package was destroyed due to rain and a non caring postal employee. That being said inside was packaged in a manner that kept my shoes not only safe but really pristine. Box looked amazing and had no blemish and the shoes…. Works of art. Always the best if quality with this company

I pre-ordered shoes in December. It's June. I just now got the shoes and they're defective. The nike swooshes on one shoe are hanging over the sole ( this is a replacement pair!) And the nightmare on elm Street straps say elms reet. Thom the owner was very helpful and called me personally when I reported the issue. He sent me out another defective pair of shoes which are even worse. Not to mention the camp killer 8 bits have double stitching and I was told " I'm being too picky" , "they don't make shoes for sneakerheads", gave me a fake email to have Gary help and has blocked my phone number. I was also called OCD and manic via text from the owner himself, as well as being told that I was taking advantage of the owners kindness. I do have proof of said texts. I was told to keep the first error pair as a "gift" for the multiple problems that I encountered, and the fact that I was finding errors on the shoes were "red flags" that I was trying to take advantage of the company. In hindsight, I spent over 650 dollars for 2 pairs of shoes, waited 6 months for them to be made, they came out with obvious errors (spelling errors ELMS REET vs ELM STREET and the first pair had the top of the nike swoosh cut off too high. The replacement was sewn too low and hangs over the sole. This was my first experience with this company, I expressed concerns over their supposed "quality control" when TWO pairs went out with damaged nike swooshes. I was than told that I'm a sneakerhead and they would not do buisness with me again, even after my concerns were polite and non aggressive. It's clear bull airs doesn't care about their customers. They literally told me to find somewhere else to buy shoes. Not to mention the fact that they "handcraft" these shoes individually as pieces of art, but outsourced the mislabeled ELMS REET straps. They responded to this inquiry with quite a customer service oriented response but in the long run, the only really offered a refund after holding the funds for "handcrafted pieces of art " after 6 months of an interest free loan. I obviously wouldn't have pre ordered if I didn't want the shoe.

I’ve ordered a half a dozen BullAirs shoes and I have been thrilled with the craftsmanship and love put into them each time. I made a mistake with some of my information this last order and Gary was responsive and solved it for me right away. Love these guys

This has been one of the WORST experiences that I have had with a merchant, in recent memory. I will begin by saying i love the concept and content of what they are trying to do here, its nostalgic and awesome. But in the end, if you cannot provide Quality service to your customer, and do the right thing, then please dont be in business. My recent order #20533 i purchased 2 items. The 3XL Blast Processing Bomber Jacket and 3XL Blast Processing Pullover sweatshirt. Needless to say the sizing runs small. Very small. I asked for an exchange in sizes. I returned both items, and I was able to only get the Bomber Jacket replaced but they weren't able to replace the Pullover. This is after I've sent both items back. It has now been 6 weeks of emailing, because their customer service is non existent, and I am STILL waiting for a refund or credit of some sort. Once they are paid they don't care about the customer. It is clear as day. And That's sad, as they are going to lose a returning customer.

The amount of detail in the shoes are amazing.as soon as I bought my first pair I was instantly hooked. Bull airs is the real deal

I continue to love all of the hoodies, shoes, shirts, and jackets that I have been receiving! I’m thrilled that I’m able to buy extremely high quality items to continuously satisfy my nerdom. However, the thing I love the most is the awesome service I always receive. I love the constant updates I’m given via email on my purchases. They are also ultra accommodating when exchanging sizes or replacing items. I’ve also never done business with a more generous company who chooses to do pretty regular give aways or even sending customers like me a free pair of shoes for the holidays! Bull Airs continues to rock and will forever be the nerd nest where I roost!
