Brilliant trustable business. Yes, things take a while to get to you but that's because everything is made specific to order, it also states this when you make your order. (you even have to type in saying you understand that it's a pre order).
The team are always responsive and have a constant reach out with the fans over their social media.
I'm waiting on my first pair of shoes and cannot wait but also understand that they have been delayed due to quality issues and Bull Airs do NOT mess around when it comes to quality. That's what separates them from the rest.

The quality of detail put into each shoe is mind blowing. Customer service, response time, and delivery timing are unmatched. Communication is HUGE with me and they kept me up to date on every step. High quality product and service. Highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

BullAirs is 1 of the top custom shoe company designers and brands in the fashion universe. I would say they are the most consistent custom shoe company in the game besides obviously the Nike ID customization tool but Nike is MEGA And nobody can compete with Nike, but outside that scope as far as custom shoe company’s aside from the obvious juggernaut in Nike, BullAirs provides consistent unique pop culture reference styles and assortments and there variety is unmatched and the quality is just as quality as an independent one man company creator that absorbs a significant amount of time into his own custom 1 of 1 requests because in fact Bull Airs works with customers for 1 of 1 designs as well, but they’re more consistent than even the 1 of 1 guys or 2 man team guy company customizers because they consistently drop new releases of insanely great styles very often and I don’t mean only twice a month. It’s constant and everybody loves the pop culture references such as beetlejuice, nintendo, the shining (movie), Wolverine vs. Deadpool, wizard of oz, ghostbusters to the ninja turtles, you name it. They also carry additional custom assorted velcro patches that are interchangeable that you can swap out on your Nike swooshes on there customizable shoes. Also they carry custom made themed jackets, sweatshirts, slides, t-shirts, house shoes and other custom goodies. They are a leader in there class, niche and industry. What the world be without a little fun added in and that’s where Bull Airs comes in as far as wearable footwear and gear. Nothing cheap and crappy quality with there products and there products really stand out and are head turners that are a story in themselves. They are the Johnny Cupcakes of the shoe game, as they possess and include so much fun in there variety of products that generate discussions and bring people together. If you attend comic con or sneaker con or toy con or any of these you may catch a glimpse of one of there unique products on community goers. It’s worth at least buying 1 product for yourself or a loved one to enjoy life a little more!

Bullairs makes exceptional products and ensures they are PERFECT before sending them out to you. Their communication is top tier and they do everything in their power to ensure you walk away a happy customer.

I bought a couple of bullairs products the Design and quality is outstanding if I can afford more I will get more I never had problems with customer service so I do recommend some stuff from them

Dates and times are usually estimates and the Bull Airs team always communicates about delays. Gary updates the community weekly and sends countless emails with updates. Most of these negative reviews don't even read the emails or understand the nature of what they are ordering.

I just got my first pair of sneakers from Bull Airs. The Wrangler's! And wow! They are worth every penny and every day we had to wait for production. I don't know if I should put them in a glass case or wear them. Also, got to shout out to their entire team, customer service, transaction experience, shipping, and communication are just all top notch!

Bull airs as been amazing to me and the rest of the band. Super Monster Party wears our bullairs on stage and they have withstand the brutality we dish out every night. Great customer service and I absolutely love their designs. Highly recommend.

Thom, Gary and the gang are amazing people. Their creativity is OFF THE CHAIN!!!….Never a bad product and they have the customer service to match….Trust me, I’ve been a customer of theirs before it was cool. I have at least SIX 1:1.

Bullairs makes amazing custom sneakers for those what want to stand out from the rest. Once you see the drops and you purchase, you do have to have patience as it takes several months for your customs to be made to specs. Company owners make sure the sneakers are high quality before they ship. My first pair I received from this company were mis-sized and the customer service was very understanding. They are getting my pair re-made at the correct size. I’m a truly grateful as I have ordered MANY pairs from them. Looking forward to receiving them all soon! Thanks guys! :)

Discovered BullAirs several months ago through Facebook. Have already placed orders for multiple pairs of their shoes and just received my first pair, which exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and design.

Don't trust the 1 star reviews. The shoes are amazing quality. Folks get angry because they take a long time to come out but the crew at BullAirs deliver updates constantly. The one about canceling after the cancel period doesn't make sense. It clearly states the cancel window so you can't fault them for not canceling AFTER that date lol. That's just common sense.

Seriously, the shoes are absolutely incredible and I get a ton of comments from folks when I wear my Toxic Crusaders.

I have purchased 5 different items already, as a nerd I feel so lucky that these guys are giving us fans what we've been waiting for. I have worn most of them to conventions but also have a pair that is displayed in a shelf. This is art that you can wear! (Or not) they have so many amazing designs to choose from and worth every penny. I can also say that Thom and Gary are great people (met them at a couple of cons) and they're very responsive and helpful. Thank you bullairs for all that you do for the nerd community!!
