well, they never said lifetime of who
it was quite obvious, their app got updated only a few times after it's release and there were no new updates in years.

This VPN company called BulletVPN disabled its VPN service today and did not notify its customers and stole our money. Terrible unprofessional practice. I leave my warning here that BulletVPN led many people to believe that it was a serious company in the VPN business, but it was a scam. Never trust Estonian VPN companies. With lifetime VPN subscription plans, they will do as BulletVPN does, they can close at any time and take your money with them forever...

At first, my experience with your VPN service was excellent — reliable performance, good speeds, and a user-friendly interface. I was genuinely impressed, which led me to confidently purchase the lifetime subscription.

Unfortunately, not long after the purchase, all servers stopped working across all protocols, rendering the service completely unusable. Wanting to be fair, I contacted your support team via email to report the issue. You responded with a promise to look into it and work on a fix.

However, more than two weeks have passed, and the issue remains unresolved. This prolonged downtime gives the strong impression that the company may not be trustworthy. It even raises concerns of a potential scam — selling a lifetime subscription and then deliberately disabling all services shortly after.

Bottom line:
I was once a strong supporter of your service, but sadly, I can now only offer a warning to others: Beware of this company. The “lifetime” subscription may just be a temporary offer that ends with the complete shutdown of all servers.

dont subscribe to bulletvpn. they dont have any customer service, plus once connected, your bandwidth gets cut down to very low. my native speed is 150/150, after connected i can only get 4/15 mbps up/down, also it doesnt allow certain streaming sites. not worth it. save your money and buy a real vpn service

It’s a must in current times to have reliable and fast vpn service. All online services swear that they’re secured and free from cyber attacks, but when it comes to real situations, they fail to keep their promises. That’s why I decide to protect myself,while I surf the internet or just came up with all this story. I need it for my dark activities😁Anyway, why bulletvpn, because it works, like a bullet, fast and on-point. Yes, you need to pay a monthly subscription, but the speed isn’t different from the usual wifi connection, at this point, this matters the most, fast and safe internet XP👍

Three years ago I bought BulletVPN with the ShareOnWare.com lifetime offer. In the beginning there was nothing wrong with the offer. But about 12 months later the failures began. At first only a few servers failed, but then there were more and more servers that were not available. As of today, for example, all German-language servers (Germany (7), Austria (1) and Switzerland (1)) have failed. The few remaining other servers that still work break off the connection independently after a few minutes of use or are extremely slow. In total there are currently only two BulletVPN-servers that work reasonably satisfactorily.

Though I have previously praised this company in a review here, those words no longer apply - the levels of service from BulletVPN have deteriorated to the point that they are now virtually non-existent. They advertise "live chat", but this has not been available for months. When seeking support via email, the best you can hope for is a desultory response a day or two later that provides no meaningful assistance, merely asking questions seeking information they already have, as if their only hope is that by stalling for long enough the problem will magically go away by itself. This used to be a good VPN service - it isn't any more!

E-mailed support and resolved within 24hrs.
Pretty good service in my opinion

DSTV still not working after months, they support dont answer your questions and the servers are constantly down. Not sure what im paying for tbh.

I bought this VPN service off StackSocial because it supports WireGuard.

At any given point in a month, >50% of their servers are down.

At the time of writing,

...and the list goes on.

Save yourself the trouble a stay away from this service. You're much better off with a free service with ProtonVPN or Windscribe - at least they work.

If this wasn't bad enough, their website monitors yours keystrokes and mouse clicks (verifiable with The Markup's Blacklight tool), God knows what they're doing on the servers.

Stay as far as you can from this service.

Have been with BulletVPN since 2020 to watch DSTV from Singapore - worked fine with a few hiccups along the way, but stopped working with DSTV since beginning of Feb - have logged 2 tickets and only response since then was they are working on it. Still not working and have not received other feedback than "Unfortunately, our team is taking longer than expected to solve the issues with DSTV. That said, I will make sure to let you know once these issues are resolved."
A whole month and half has passed and no feedback. Other VPN services have been able to make it work. Not impressed..

The worst vpn app ever. the app is not stable. unusable

I've got to give it to BulletVPN! It is by far the best, especially for accessing my streaming sites outside Africa. I've had a few challenges here and there but the support has been very responsive.

Incredible support and a VPN that actually works.
