Never received my package
Never received my package.
Dec update- I have put another review but I want to update this one too. After filing a complaint with them they kept giving me dates to wait for a reply from them. Finally when I called them after one of these dates (in October) suddenly I get a mail from this person Eva with a letter stating that they cannot offer me a replacement or a refund as they had delivered the parcel intact with my order. This was so unhelpful as I never received anything at all. They have robbed me of my hard earned money. I was starting to invest what little I had saved but seems like these people have even taken that from me and are not even offering a proper investigation and replacement. This is so stressful because at the end I am left with no money and no items that I order.
January update- I was contacted by bullion by post and finally they have refunded my money.

Received my small miniature Chinese…
Received my small miniature Chinese gold It is so small that I could not handle it. I am very disappointed and don't recommend Bullion By Post to any body. I was never made aware that what I was purchasing was tiny just a waste of money. I got caught and advise others to visit reputable gold dealers Don't be disappointed like me and my grandson

Easy and trusted service
It was my first time ordering here. The process was easy to follow, the instruction was clear as well. There were options to choose what I was looking for. Payment was easy and I got it in 5 working days (ordered Sunday and arrived Friday morning the following week) and can be tracked as well. Definitely will order again.

Make it easier to tell where its coming from.
Your website says bullion by post Ireland. After buying I then realised its not in Ireland but the UK and gets send to France to come to Ireland!!
