When my bumper arrived it had been scratched and dented during delivery. I spent about 5 minutes on the phone and got everything taken care of to my satisfaction. Then received an email a few days later of an added discount. Very good customer service and easy to deal with. Great job to everyone involved.

All I can say is hands down the best company I have ordered from in years!!!!!! I placed an order and made a mistake I called in yesterday afternoon to start the return and reorder. At 8:30 this morning my order completed and delivered to me. I was shocked at the customer service it is at a level that you don't see anymore!!!!!! As a business owner it really puts a smile on my face to still see people that care about customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So far, nothing but positive feedback to provide. Customer service have been outstandingly patient and helpful. I'm hoping the product is on par with the process, thus far.

Found a great price and ordered a deer grille for expected trip. Order cancelled without an explanation. Customer service says "discontinued and out of stock." That should have been on the webpage. Now not enough time to order and receive the grille from the one other place that had this listed for my vehicle before my road-trip, and my code for the other page expired.

I just wanted to say thank you for the customer service that I received. Such a great experience, received my bumper today, and lite kit. Everything went together so neat. So cool, super heavy duty and just real quality craftsmanship. Thank you greatly. Appreciate it.

Mark G @ Bumperonly.com offered his best ideas for my 2002 Dodge Ram 4x4 & his first image for a replacement front bumper was by far my favorite choice. I was truly amazed with how fast it was delivered from Texas to the backwoods of Minnesota. My mechanics were so impressed with the quality of this bumper & how easy it bolted up to the frame, they had it ready to drive away before I got there. I've been given several compliments from all my friends and family I'm ready to get a new rear bumper & siderails.

I ordered my bumper Sep 22, 2023 paid $1900 and still do not have it. This is what they send me on Nov 24, 2023 after waiting more then 2 months.

“Just wanted to update you. I've looked into your order and reached out to our manufacturer. They said your bumper is not yet ready for shipment. They're aiming to estimated ship your order by next week. I'll keep an eye on it for you and email the tracking details once it's ready.”

This is the email they sent me today (Jan 11, 2024) after I called them.

"Thank you for reaching out and leaving a voicemail regarding the status of your order. I appreciate your patience. I've been closely monitoring your order and have reached out to our manufacturer for an update. They mentioned that your bumper is still in the process of being built, and they are aiming to complete it estimated by the end of this month. Please note that additional days will be required for shipping once the bumper is ready."

I am still waiting another MONTH they I get to wait on shipping. They already took one of my reviews down from THEIR website, So I will be sharing this one everywhere I can....

DO NOT ORDER FROM BUMPER ONLY!!!! Ordered bumper for my 2003 Ford F250 and received bumper for 2017 Ford F250. They said I had to pay to send the wrong bumper back or sale it. Which I can't do because the stupid thing is rusted. Now I'm out of almost $800.00.

Ordered a bumper 2 months ago, and as of today still no bumper. When we have contacted the company we just get the run around and no actual answers. At this point I'm starting to wonder if their site is just a scam and there is no bumper coming. Buyers beware, do not order from this site if you ever want to actually recieve your bumper. You would think a place charging over $2000 would be able to at least get the bumper to the customer. Worst experience ever and have not even gotten the product yet. Hopefully it arrives in good shape because trying to deal with anyone from this company is a joke.

I’m extremely happy with the bumper. customer service is fantastic! they reply quickly to any inquiries, and are very knowledgeable. I have the aliarc bumper and I would say that when you get it and you bolt it on your truck, it is well worth the wait. It looks and fits perfect, my factory fog lights bolted right in and they line up perfectly.

Bumpersonly.com was one of 3 companies that had the bumper I wanted in stock and their price was the lowest, so I was pretty much sold from the start. After reading reviews I made up my mind. My order was processed extremely quickly and I was contacted right away about shipping notifications. As if that wasn't enough, I had questions after my order and was connected with Karen, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions and immediately followed up with a response email. My bumper arrived on time and was in perfect condition. 10 out of 10...I will be buying from them again!

I ordered a bumper on the 30th of January and as of the 12th of February the Service Rep said he would have to get back to me. They have a Live Chat function on their website which is handy if you can get a straight answer. However, three times I have corresponded with the same Rep who said he would get right back to me with an answer…but so far nothing yet. They were quick to charge my account almost $1500 for a bumper that their website said was “in stock” but it hasn’t been shipped in the span of 2 weeks ! What a joke ! I just found another place that has my bumper “in stock” so I will call them on Monday (which is when the BumpersOnly Rep is supposed to get back to me). The other place has the exact same bumper (SKU code) for a little over $100 less than BumpersOnly offers. So shop around before ordering with these guys because for doing “Bumpers Only” they sure don’t seem to be able to get things done in a timely fashion other than taking your money immediately !
As a side note, I just received an email from the sales rep who said the order could not be cancelled and that I should "just wait" the 7 to 10 business days for the bumper to arrive to avoid the 20% restocking fee and the 3% cancellation fee. After reading the other reviews of the condition their bumpers arrived in I hope that mine fits and isn't damaged because I would hate to have to deal with this company ever again.

I love my grill guard! It is everything I expected it to be! I feel confident in the protection it can/will provide me and my truck!

At first I was genuinely very uneasy about my purchase after reading sketchy reviews about the company and with how cheap their prices are. But I just decided to go for it Abd had my bumper delivered 4 days after ordering and could not be happier

I just want to say that this company I highly recommend them they have amazing customer service quality quick response to questions and they have a huge selection of brands and types of bumpers and products to choose from they have great prices they have huge deals on there bumpers and discounts to choose from I would highly recommend to my friends and family and anyone looking to give there truck a nice clean new look or that more aggressive look take advantage of help and low costs they are offering you will be very happy and they are fast I hade my bumpers for my truck in roughly 3 weeks and they packed them up very well to make sure your purchase makes it to you in the highest quality possible
