I have purchased from this company for years, both online and in stores. Usually, I’ve been very satisfied. My last order included spices that were “best by” literally next week. When I wrote, possibly a bot replied not to worry, the best by date was three years after packaging. So, they confirmed that the spices were three years old and offered to do nothing about it. This is either a decline in their service or responsiveness.

I placed an order December 7th. It’s now December 22nd I haven’t heard a word from these people nor have I received what I paid for. It’s for a Christmas gift for visiting relatives from out of town and I’m completely embarrassed that I will now have nothing to give them. Completely disappointed in this company and will NEVER order from them again. I don’t care how good their product is if I can’t get it. They ruined my gift for my son-in-law. Shame on this place

Amazing spices, shipped securely (glass bottles need lots of packaging!). Sad they don't have a fuller profile here! Not cheap, but the spices taste slightly fresher/more flavorful vs. Penzey's, which I also order from sometimes.
