Burman have been incredible to work with from start to finish. This team really knows their market and appreciates how to work with specialists; not all roles are the same, and not all candidates are the same.

Luke at Burman informed me of a suitable role having discussed my skillset and preferences at an earlier time, and it was clear that he knew it was a match and knew I was the right candidate for his client.

Having worked with other recruitment agencies in the past I feel that Burman have found the right balance in how they operate; extremely professional but friendly and approachable without ever being made to feel rushed or pushed or considered for roles that aren’t appropriate.

Burman have grown in both size and credibility over the last few years. Only this year have I taken a freelance role with them. I had applied for a contract role around 2 weeks ago and I was damn sure I wasn't going to get an interview. Harry gave me the great news that I was selected for an interview.
