Our group booked a coach bus with bus.com last month and the experience couldn’t have gone smoother. Our driver arrived early and got us to our destination safely. There were no issues meeting back up at the end of the day. It was easy to book the bus and I appreciated the customer service checking in the week of our trip. Thank you bus.com

Very helpful to shop local bus companies and select the right one for our group. Our bus was nice, on time and our driver was great. We had a last minute stop change and she was very accommodating.

We were very pleased with the CharterUp bus service from start to finish. Michael Habibi and Alvaro were both very helpful and pleasant to deal with when booking our buses for both days of our events. Our buses all showed up on time during a very busy city time in Toronto with a Blue Jays game and FIFA events happening while our guests needed to be transported. All of your drivers not only showed up on time but were very pleasant and transported our guests to our venue in a very timely manner. Thank you CharterUp for your great service. Si je pouvais donner moins qu'une étoile, je le ferais. Cette compagnie manque énormément de professionnalisme. Nous avions un voyage de réserver avec eux et l'autobus n'arrivait pas. En les appelant, on se fait dire que nous n'avions jamais eu de réservation, mais seulement un devis....On leur lit des courriels prouvant notre réservation et on se fait alors dire que ce n'est pas de leur faute puisque la personne en question ne travaille plus pour eux. Au départ, on se fait dire qu'un autobus peut venir nous chercher dans deux heures.....deux heures plus tard alors que nous sommes encore au téléphone avec eux, on se fait dire la même chose. En parlant à de multiples personnes, on se fait souvent raccrocher au nez ou on se fait dire qu'on va nous rappeler, mais personne ne le fait. Après plus de 90 minutes, nous avons fini par parler à la personne qui nous avait préalablement écrit en nous disant être la personne de contact pour notre voyage (ce qui prouve que nous avions bel et bien une réservation). Cette personne nous dit alors que nous devons acquitté tous les frais du transport avant de nous envoyer celui-ci puisque nous faisons une réservation le jour même alors que nous avons la preuve à l'appui que notre réservation était faite depuis 6 mois . Cette personne nous dit que nous n'avions pas payé le dépot alors que nous avions la preuve lui avoir écrit plusieurs fois tout en restant sans réponse. L'expérience de service à la clientèle a été horrible et en aucun cas, les employés ont été en mesure d'admettre que l'erreur venait de leur part. Nous avions l'habitude de réserver avec cette compagnie depuis 5 ans. sensiblement aux mêmes dates, pour la même destination et la méthode de paiement avait toujours été la même. Or, cette année, on se faisait dire , la journée même, que cela ne fonctionnait pas et n'avait jamais fonctionné de cette manière, ce qui n'est que mensonge. Nous allons bien entendu rester très loin de cette compagnie dans le futur.

Account manager Karen Margossian was incredibly helpful and very personable too. The driver we had was amazing too. Very patient, polite, personable, and an excellent driver. Great experience overall. Will try to contact them for future events.

Customer service was okay, but the bus driver and their promptness is what really made it a good experience. I did not have a single worry with him.

The bus that was operated by Bus.com had clearly not been maintained as there was an engine failure midway through our 21 mile trip. This was during the busiest travel weekend of the year. I and the rest of the passengers had to take rideshares to finish our journey! I have called a number of times for reimbursement, a simple, straightforward request and been ignored by their customer service teams. I would never recommend.

We had a horrible experience with the actual service and customer service - the bus went to our drop off site instead of the pickup site. It took over an hour and calls to 3 different companies to figure out what went wrong. It was unclear they would be able to even get us a bus (best case 1 -2 hrs away, which would have gotten us in after midnight stranding people without access to public transit), so we ended up taking 2 hr Uber rides home. We charted a bus through bus.com who apparently subcontracted the trip to CharterUp who then subcontracted to Bauer. We received the wrong driver information so could not contact the driver to confirm the day of.--something I told our contact at bus.com multiple times. I called bus.com about 15 min before our scheduled pick up time to confirm pickup. They then called CharterUp and told us the driver was 2 miles away. It took another hour and calls to multiple people to figure out the driver was 2 hrs away at our drop off site. The customer service from both CharterUp and bus.com were horrible - with each company trying to blame another company and not helping us solve our issue. The claim process was equally poor with people promising to start a claim and then not emailing for days. They did refund one way of our round trip but refused to pay for our Uber rides and instead gave us a 20% off on a future service - which no way will we ever use them again. If you actually want to get where you are going I would not use Bus.com or CharterUp.

The driver was amazing!

Karen was so easy to work with for scheduling. The equipment choice worked out perfectly for our size group. And our driver Sylvia was excellent. All in all, the transportation for our school trip could not have gone any smoother.

Le site internet exposait un service en français mais tout le service à la clientèle(et le chauffeur) parlaient en anglais. Une erreur au moment de la réservation nous a occasionné des frais supplémentaires pour la corriger. Nous avons dû laisser de nombreux messages et courriels avant de recevoir un retour du service à la clientèle.

This is the second time we used them and I continue to be impressed! Great customer service and it is easy to book and update as needed. 5 Stars!
