Easy to book. Accomodating and friendly service. Plenty of vehicular options for our diverse needs.

Communication with bus.com for the booking and changes to our booking was not easy.

Unfortunately, our booking changed within 24 hours of our trip (flight cancellation) and no discount or refund was able to be provided. Instead of 2 days for the study tour, we only ended up having 1 day.

Everything went well with the actual trip (regional transportation study tour).

THE DRIVER CAME ON TIME AND TOOK US TO OUR DESTINATIONS SAFELY. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.

Great driver (sorry I've forgotten his name)! I think that a great driver makes the difference between a fantastic trip vs. a good one. Bus was in great condition too.

The service was very good (April was very helpful and qick to answer).
And both my bus drivers where very nice, on time and flexible.

For our group trip to Montreal and Quebec, Canada, I chose Bus.com based on the positive reviews I found online. I reached out for a quote for a 5-day trip with a group of 55 passengers. Although I had only a rough draft of the day-by-day activities and itinerary, the Trip Support Team promptly clarified details and provided me with a competitive quote.

The team was incredibly responsive, answering numerous questions and assisting with multiple changes to the itinerary until everything was finalized. I truly appreciated their help and attentiveness.

Before the trip, I received the driver’s contact information, and our driver, Marc-André, turned out to be excellent. He was experienced and made the entire journey smooth and enjoyable.

I would absolutely use Bus.com again for future trips and highly recommend them to anyone planning group travel.

We did not have a shuttle for our final day

Buses were not up to standard, and drivers were rude and condescending. I reached out to Bus.com and they were unwilling to make it right.
Its a shame, we have been using them for 6 years now, but I think I'm done. I can't risk that happening anymore.

The staff quickly responded to my concerns and the process was very smooth.

Driver was sourced from a long distance away. Arrived late on pick up and then had no flexibility to extend on the other end to compensate for the loss of time.

Pickup from airport was on time despite our flight arrival being delayed, forcing the group to book a later time. Issue with GPS finding correct route to dormitory. Only an issue because it was 1:00am. Eventually sorted. Driver was patient and helpful.

Return Pickup to airport was flawless. On time and prompt.
