I purchased 2 new tyres
I purchased 2 new tyres, was told fitting was included in the price but was then charged more for fitting and a valve? When the guy in reception told me it was all included in the price of the tyres. The actual technicians were amazing, friendly. The receptionist is a massive let down for the company as gives incorrect information.
Also had my “tracking” done, nothing was adjusted. Infact I had to borrow a mates tool to adjust the camber myself! I asked The technician how much it was as nothing was changed, he said it’s free. But I was still changed 55£ 🤷🏻♂️ I’ll never use bush tyres again. They done the samething to my mate also. I shouldn’t have been charged for the tracking, as they said if nothing gets adjusted it’s free.

Regarding the tyres and associated work, our pricing is structured so that the total cost (as shown on your itemised invoice) includes the tyre price along with any agreed services such as fitting, valves where required, and the alignment check. We appreciate this may not have been clear on the day, and we’re sorry for any confusion this caused at the point of sale.
In relation to the wheel alignment, a full check was carried out and a before-and-after report was provided with your invoice. This showed adjustments were required and were completed, including rear adjustments at no additional charge beyond the agreed service price. The technician also discussed this with you at the time, and the option to proceed was provided before any adjustment work was carried out.
We’re really pleased to hear that our technicians made a positive impression — we’ll be sure to pass your kind comments on to them. However, we are sorry that the communication from reception did not meet the same standard. We take this seriously and will be addressing it with the team to ensure all pricing and service explanations are as clear and consistent as possible.
We do genuinely value your feedback, even when it’s disappointing for us to read, as it helps us improve. If you’d like to discuss your visit further, please feel free to contact the branch directly and we’ll be happy to go through everything with you in more detail.

After changing the wheel for the spare to carry on with our journey. We asked around for help and Bush Tyres Skegness were recommended, I must say that we were very grateful for their help and service
As soon as we explained our situation The wheel rim was expertly hammered back into shape, inflated, balanced and refitted onto the vehicle.
We simply couldn’t fault the service or friendliness of the lads. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, or go back whenever we needed. THANK YOU

Having had trouble with the dreaded DPF being blocked, purchased one hoping to fit it!
Seems too much of a job for me, so, got in touch with BUSH TYRES, SKEGNESS and they agreed to fit the new DPF for me, new temp sensor required for the DPF, which BUSH ordered for me at PARKERS, next day collection, went and purchased the sensor, car back on ramp to fit, all DTC's cleared, car back to normal.
Without hesitation = = HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

New Battery, fast and easy.
Thought I might have an issue with battery as alarm was going off randomly so popped in to Bush Tyres in Skegness on the way past and they had the van right in the bay and tested battery. It said bad and they fitted a new one there and then including coding it into the van for less than a car shop chain would sell the same one for without fitting. Fast friendly service as always. Fixed my alarm issue right away.

Exhaust problem solved
Called into Skegness branch regarding a new exhaust fitted by another garage. Bradie at the Skegness branch was really helpful sorting out my tyre order. Initially the tyres I ordered wasn’t in stock when I did the online order but this was sorted and the communication throughout was spot on and the work was carried out promptly and efficiently. Great service from Bush tyres Skegness
Great service from Bush tyres Skegness. The better half had not one but two screws in her tyre. Popped it into Bush's Skegness. It could not be repaired and its an odd tyre. The last time she had a puncture it was over a week to get a tyre from Germany. This time, 7 in their warehouse in Boston. As it was 5 O'clock it was going to be the next morning. All sorted out in a day. Perfect. Thank you,
