Absolutely amazing!

Such a lovely gentleman, he really knows his stuff! My car is a 2005 American import and he went out of his way to ensure he had everything covered to be able to properly install the new battery.

They came exactly when they said with new battery in hand,lovely friendly bloke but left him to it and 5mins later he texted to say job done,he took photos of his work did a free check on my alternator,paid by card and all is good in the world,he even took my old battery away and the total cost was £30 cheaper than having it done up the road and getting there so I fully say if u want a battery fitted at home….this is where to go,brilliant service,couldn’t be happier,mr shakir u made my day!!,thank u

I got my battery replaced by Mobile Battery on September 11 2023 in Montreal. I thought it was a good solution to replacing your battery even if the service was quite more expensive than normal but you paid for the convenience of having it done at home. The first red flag came as, after paying, I never got the invoice by email as was promised by the technician. But, hey, what is to worry when you get a new battery! Two and a half months later I started having problems starting my car but as I was sure the battery was not the problem I started looking at other issues: alternator, starter, electrical issue. I bought a battery booster and cable booster and by now the car did not start without boosting it. Finally I brought it to a garage and the verdict was not what I expected: the battery was faulty! So I had to change the battery. Please, do not use their service, it is a scam, they probably use badly recycled batteries for which you get overcharged. Go to a normal garage or just buy a battery and replace it yourself, I learned it the hard way.

Phone was answered immediately with all the relevant information I needed; he did his utmost to get to me at the time I needed and was quick, honest and efficient in replacing my battery. Plus pleasant and friendly manner.

First Nationwide battery went dead within weeks. Replacement battery couldn't hold a charge after 4 months. Yes they will replace the battery but it is not free. There is a $90 service charge for the technician to come to your car and replace the defective battery. The batteries from Nationwide are really cheap batteries but you pay a premium price with Mobilebattery. I think they just recycle the batteries returned. Had enough with this company. I bought a name brand battery and put this issue behind me.

I believed that I needed a new battery but after checking my car, Nozim advised me that it wasn't necessary. The car was jump started for a basic call out charge.

Battery failed within six months

After having the battery replaced, It went dead within six months. The RAC came out and told me that the battery was dead, and needed to be replaced again, and should be covered by manufacturers warranty. I contacted the company to complain and was told that in order for it to stay charged I should have been driving it 80 miles per week. I never would drive that much, but I was driving it once per week for 20-30 minutes at a time, until I went on holiday for two weeks, after which it died. I have had to scrap the car now as I cannot afford to pay for another battery.

Quick response to my message on a rainy Sunday evening - was at my home super quick to change my battery. Very competitive price and great friendly service. Would definitely recommend and would use this company again.

Initially I was more than happy with the service and battery. But within 8 months the battery failed, I charged it up and carried on. It then failed again and whilst I recharged again I did contact the company as I felt the battery should be performing better. Two weeks later it failed again, I contacted the company who made a fuss about coming to check on it but he did come. He tested the battery and told me it was registering 9 and was absolutely fine. I have since been told that 9 shows a fault on a 12v battery. I asked for it to be replaced under the warranty but he didn't want to do that, he then offered to replace it with a different more expensive battery if I paid the difference, I refused as I felt it should be replaced free under warranty. As the MOT was due I asked the garage to check it and was told it was faulty, I asked them to replace it which they did. I then recontacted the company to be told as I had taken it out of the car the guarantee was void, I pointed out that there was nothing on my invoice or on the website had told me this, there is now information on the website. I have the battery which he is welcome to, I have tried contacting him through recorded delivery letters to no avail. He is ignoring me. I feel that as a female he has taken advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. I will keep pursuing this. PLEASE don't use this company

If you own a Toyota Yaris Hybrid, you'll one day learn that replacing the battery is akin to the Twelve Tasks of Hercules... Halfords can't do it and will point you towards Toyota... KwikFit have one battery listed but it'll take a few days to get in... and all the time you're thinking how much longer will this battery last? Don't know how I found this company on the internet but I did... prompt and accurate email communication... upfront prices... then Nozim turns up outside your house at 10pm on a Sunday!!!... same day! incredible! job done!

Very quick turnaround and very decent prices.
Friendly but also caring: my wife mobile phone accidentally called them the next day (pocket call) and they called back to find out if everything was still ok with the new battery. Highly recommended.

What an amazing service. Fast and lower price than competitors on battery and fitting. Also gave me some extra tips on keeping my battery charged if not running the car out often. Book them you won’t be disappointed.

A Nissan dealer wanted me to drive some distance to get a 12 Volt battery replaced for £220. Mobile Car battery replacement came to my house at a time convenient to me and took 10 minutes to fit the battery for £120. Great Service. Great Price

Phenomenal service. He was in the area and came to replace the battery within about 20 minutes, despite it not being urgent, and on a bank holiday weekend. Very friendly and polite. Lots of helpful advice. I would highly recommend this company.

Nozim came out and replaced my dead battery on the same day I called him with no fuss, he was extremely polite and friendly and gave me some general car advice! He also took my dead battery away for proper disposal. A+ service at a great price. Would recommend to anyone in the London area.

Realised battery was dead on the weekend and given it's age (7 years) a new replacement was the best option. Completed the easy online form, Nozim got back to me within the hour and we scheduled a replacement for the following Monday. Old battery replaced quickly and efficiently with a branded equivalent at higher spec than OEM, also checked the alternator for peace of mind. Great service all round and would definitely use again. Cheaper than the "big name" equivalents... highly recommended.

Great service, competative price. Came out and fitted a new battery the next day. They even offered to come on the same day, but we werent in that much of a rush.
