My experience was faultless whilst dealing with Lorna, it is rare these days to have some one who does what they say they will do without the need to follow up
So a big thank you from myself

First time ordering with Curry's Business. Originally ordered a Dell laptop for new staff member. I never received a dispatch notice so after a week called to chase.

The supplier had cancelled the order but I had not been refunded or notified. Person handling the call was excellent in fairness. He arranged a replacement Acer laptop with same spec to be delivered next day.

The Acer laptop was actually over £100 cheaper. I was advised that I would receive a refund for the price difference once the alternate product was delivered.

My issue is this was over a month ago and I still haven't received the difference. I have called multiple times, everyone is perfectly pleasant but don't seem to be able to resolve the issue.

I've randomly received a new invoice for the original Dell laptop instead of a refund. 4th call to Curry's today but systems are down so they can't resolve again.

Paid for a laptop to be delivered today, called at 2pm to chase, then emailed, no response. So far I am £754 down with no laptop and no way of finding out what's going on or if I will be receiving it.

Very helpful service by Phil - business support specialist! Quick responses, was incredibly helpful and had the issue resolved for me within the day.

I have switched our business mobile phone contracts to Currys Business and couldn't have been more pleased. The team tried their best to source best solutions for our needs so that we keep all benefits of the previous contract but at better value. Besides a bit of time delays to set up one of the lines (which was partly due to extra requirements by the client/us) all was delivered as promised. Support is available at the other end of the line in UK time so I highly reccomend.

Good range of products online, found the monitor we wanted, only comment is that it did not mention it had a matching white HDMI lead with it, so I bought one when I didn't need to. Like the cordless keyboard and mouse, no need to have extra messy leads on the desk. But the monitor is good quality, likely to buy another in the future when upgrading the office. Delivery quick.

I'd bought a new landline phone from Currys (which I was happy with) shortly before changing my broadband supplier, but unfortunately there was then a difficulty in connecting the new router to this type of phone. The broadband supplier had not been at all helpful about it. However, I then went to ask Curry's advice and they rapidly found a good solution.

Ordered items, delivery date & time slot was provided. Items arrived earlier than expected and no one was at the property to take delivery. Not sure why a time slot is provided if we can’t adhere to it. Was offered a refund of my delivery fee which I am currently still chasing!

After being provided incorrect advice from a Senior Regional Sales Account Manager and told to contact O2 directly. Ultimately, O2 just transferred me back to Currys Business (frustrating), Paul Akinlade (Business Support Specialist) was brilliant, actioned my request with absolute ease, emailed me confirmation within 15mins of our conversation. Thank you Paul, you've been a huge help :)

Friendly attitude. Consciousness. Agents good at follow up. Would have been 5 stars except with some problems with a refund.

I ordered a laptop which was urgently needed for work. However, shortly after ordering I needed to change the delivery address. I therefore telephoned Currys Business and spoke with Francesca who was friendly, professional and promptly dealt with my request. In addition, she also updated my email address and ensured that everything was now showing on my business account as I requested. Francesca then emailed me the DPD tracking reference and kept me up to date via email until my laptop was duly delivered the following morning.

Paid for install and recycle of old washing machine as I have a bad back and can no longer do these jobs easily any more. Machine arrived and was told it was delivery only. Installed it myself with great difficulty. Still waiting for refund of delivery. No mention of any further compensation for the inconvenience. Won’t use curry’s again.

Umar understood what I needed and researched his options and gave me several laptops to choose from. We narrowed down the field and ended up with a well speced unit at a reasonable price. Well done him for his patience and processes.
