Non so chi abbia inventato il business manager di Meta: è una delle creazioni peggiori in assoluto, difficilissima da capire e da gestire, costosa, inutile nonostante l'uso dell'intelligenza artificiale. Le pubblicità arrivano a target che non c'entrano nulla con gli argomenti trattati. Per capire come funziona, poi, ci vorrebbe un corso di laurea. Peggio di così non si poteva realizzarla

We have been trying to complete legitimate business verification for a UAE business and a WhatsApp integration for over a month. After uploading the business license and clicking Next, the form freezes on an endless loading screen. Two support cases remained “Under review,” but Meta emailed that the case was permanently closed for inactivity even though we had replied with recordings. Case controls then opened blank panels. Today the direct Contact Support tool misrouted an explicitly labeled Business Verification failure to paid Meta Verified and domain-verification articles, with no way to open a new case or contact an agent. No owner, no timeline, no resolution. This is the worst business support experience I have encountered: both a critical workflow and its support path fail. I will gladly update this review when Meta assigns a human owner and resolves the issue.

Absolute crapshow. Their stupid business suite won't let me edit an older event boost that I want to cancel, in order to save $50. Their AI says I have to log in to the Ads Manager, at which point that boosted event isn't even listed, so I can't cancel it. Their AI can't find the event. Their AI can't cancel the event. Their AI can't pause all my ads, so that I can manually activate which one I want. Their AI can't connect me to a live rep right now. Their AI can't open a ticket for a live rep to get back to me in the future. Their AI can't refund me the money I'm about to lose on that ad. Great job, Meta. You replaced every $15/hour call center rep to piss off every single customer you have, just to save a penny. Your customer service department could not be more useless.

When opening a "Support Case" on the Meta Business Suite, the advertised response time for the live chat is 5–10 minutes, but in reality, it takes between 5 and 7 hours for an agent to join the conversation. When the agent finally comes online—sometimes in the middle of the night (when the user is obviously no longer online)—they ask a couple of questions to which they already know the answers, and which have no relevance to the issue at hand. After a few minutes without a reply, they leave the conversation and close the ticket without providing any assistance whatsoever.

The level of incompetence in customer service is staggering for a company of this scale—especially for a service aimed at professionals. Frankly, it is hard to attribute such incompetence solely to a lack of training on the part of the agents; reaching this level requires a dose of malice and laziness, as well as a great deal of bad faith.

La semana pasada pase porlo mismo con otro numero de telefono, 24 horas INACTIVO CON COSTOS PARA EL NEGOCIO COMO EL LUCRO CESANTE
Haganse cargo, ayer en una llamada telefonica le explique a una asistente humana lo que nos hacen que por favor se detengan a mirar que las realidades globales y las necesidades no son iguales para todos, de ningun modo los anuncios de Facebook son los mejores, pero se adaptan todavia hoy a empresas muy pequeñas casi familiares como la nuestra.

Never saw a customer support as bad as this one and I saw a lot

Do not do anything with Facebook ads, or adjoining sites on Facebook, they are all a scam and will not help recover money or stop them from defrauding customers

I have an online shop with an instagram joint account. I had ongoing ads from June 2025. I turned these off from the instagram professional dashboard and due to a synchronization error ( meta admitting on the chat) I kep being charged which added up to EXTRA 6K over 6 months. I am small business owner with a family, i reported this, they kept asking me to do thing and wasting over 30 hours of calls chats and administrations and giving them details of all the 20 campaigns and screenshots and what not. Continuosly telling me to wait and wait and after 3 months... the lady on the chat told me YOU HAVE TO MANUALLY TURN THEM OFF, i told her I DID, then she tells me something else, and it kepts going for an hour... to her disappointment I DID ALL THESE THINGS.... but finally.... finally.... she found a loop.... a way to show a screenshot of the day showing that i turned the ads off on those days which are not showing on the instagram ads profile... this was not possible as these were removed since the error happened... i have screen shots showing that my ad was currently showing as sponsored and it is off from my end ( this is on a chat ) they never told me to show the screenshot at the time, they kept asking me for lots of data which i gathered. I even sent instant screenshots of followers asking for offers and products which were showing as sponsored, I specifically told them "look people are still asking for this and it is not even on my website any more". They kept playing and looping around with words. These people deserve hell. they will get it now or later.
I showed screenshots to the one assisting me today she kept going, that the only way is to get proof that she literally stated "thats the thing you cannot get it so we cannot go further"

Truly the worst possible customer "service" possible. How on earth this company has any business is beyond me, the contempt with which they treat their paying customers. If you want to be restricted within minutes of applying for an account for no reason and no support, this is the business for you.

I wish I could give no stars. I do not understand how a tech billionaire owns this rubbish. I am literally (yes literally) pulling my hair out going round in circles. I cannot connect my business Instagram to Facebook page because the Business Portfolio was set at some point by some person, because Facebook decided to do that after everyone had set up Facebook pages and then a person leaves the business and you then have no access to something they didn’t even know they had . I also cannot reset my password. All actually really simple things. I have 2-factor authentication set up I have a recovery email set up I have WhatsApp recovery set up… still doesn’t work!

WHAT IS WRONG, IS THAT THERE ARE SCAMMERS USING FACEBOOK AS WELL AS OTHER WEBSITES TO CREATE SCAM JOBS, IN AN ATTEMPT TO EXTRACT MONEY FROM UNWITTING INDIVIDUALS. MANY TIMES CON ARTISTS USE FACEBOOK TO HIDE THEIR TRUE IDENTITY AND IMPROPER MOTIVES. WHEN I APPROACHED FACEBOOK WITH THESE FACTS, THEIR REACTION WAS NON EXISTENT WITHOUT ANY CONCERN OR INTENTION TO DO ANYTHING POSITIVE TO DO SOMETHING TO STOP THESE INDIVIDUALS.

Facebook is a very appalling racist corrupt company which needs to be shut down, and will be shut down one day this I am sure of, they are the silly little puppets of the arrogant genociders, evil Facebook allows animal cruelty, evil Facebook allows animal abusers to share there very graphic videos and very graphic photos of the defenceless helpless innocent animals that they severely tortured and brutally killed for there sickening pleasures, corrupt Facebook allows scammers on Facebook, filthy shameless Facebook allows prostitution, porno, nudity and s.x videos on Facebook, I have saw many times on Facebook as just popped up while scrolling, Facebook has no respect at all for the 13 year children who also most likely see on Facebook as just comes up while scrolling on Facebook which is very disgusting, evil Facebook allows bullying, hate speech, racist hate speech, fake Facebook accounts, and fake Facebook pages on Facebook, Facebook sells there Facebook users sensitive personal data to scammers, spammers and to a very lot of other places, the never ending list which goes on and on and on, but despite me reporting to Facebook so so many times evil shameless Facebook keep saying all the above disgusting things do not go against there community standards, but if we ever dare to do free speech and be against very appalling horrifying genocide crimes silly arrogant spoiled Facebook cries and blocks genuine Facebook accounts because of free speech, a very big shame on you corrupt Facebook have some dignity and empathy

Tried checking out this site, but couldn't find what I was looking for . Says it's about building community and bringing people together, but didn't feel like it delivered for me . Maybe I missed something? You might wanna try searching online for more info.

If negative stars were possible, I would give it to Facebook / meta. My clients for weeks have been trying to leave a review / recommendation for my business on Facebook and FB JUST DECIDED TO DISABLE it. Thanks for making it as complicated as possible to run my business. YOU DON'T SEEM TO HAVE ISSUES TAKING MY MONEY FOR THE ADS. Horrible service!!!! Beyond bad. Instead of running my business, I am dealing with Facebook here - have nothing else to do apparently.

I saw the items interested in and contacted the person in messenger. We formilized a cost for the two items and I paid for them. Since then, there has been no contact.
