Having been constantly hounded by energy companies and brokers, who ultimately seemed fairly unresponsive when actually asked to do anything, it was refreshing to hear from James. Everything was sorted in double quick time with superb communication throughout. He held on until the deals on the table were right for me, not just right for him. Since signing up he has been very attentive, and extremely helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough
