Yes it looks like I’ve got a good deal and Rose kept me up to date with the progress of flights,seats and airport arrangements. But I will come back to review my journey to China and Australia which is not till March 2026 so watch this space…

I recently became a widow and needed to plan a trip to Melbourne to see my son, his partner and new grandson. I wanted some help to get the best deal on a premium economy flight to Melbourne with a reputable airline, Jane was excellent and looked at the best deals available, anything she was not sure about she spoke to her boss; Mark then contacted me and confirmed that she had sourced the best deal available with the shortest flight and layovers. I am very happy with the flight plan and now waiting to have my seats confirmed for my trip at Christmas.
I would definitely recommend this company, they were so agreeable to all the requests that I made!

I was a bit sceptical to book flights at an unknown (to us) flight shop. Karin was excellent and very reassuring. He looked at various flights to suit dates and he was patient as we were unsure whether to book originally. We were given options and eventually decided what flights suited us best. Great service

Better than doing it yourself!!
We usually travel to Australia every year to visit our son who lives in Sydney. Normally I trawl the internet and book directly with the airline we choose. I was in the process of doing that again when we randomly discovered Business Flight Shop and thought we’d see what they could come up with. One phone call to Jane brought a swift response and she thoroughly checked out the best options for our trip. After a bit of back and forward we booked a great deal which was better than anything we had been looking at. Jane was very friendly and a good communicator. She responded well to our feedback on the various options and ensured that we were happy with our choice. We’d use Business Flight Shop again and would recommend to others.

Tried a new company
First time I have dealt with this company, obviously was a bit cautious to start with, phoned various numbers to check authenticity and all seemed in order. We had problems with payments on our side, but Paul was very patient and helpful, having procured us a very good deal which could not be held for a long time. They are definitely in my address book for my next booking, fingers crossed everything else goes as smoothly!

As per many reviews I was sceptical…
As per many reviews I was sceptical initially but after some discussions with Roy as the inityial pricing was OTT I received a decent quote which I used HOWEVER I did find from another company after booking a better price using same carrier and dates. I will ask in future further quotes but will also compare with the other two companies as a comparison - no problem with the service I received.
