I came across Business Fly for the first time 2 nights ago and requested a call back from one of their agents.The next day Robin Smith called back, could not get hold of me and left a message informing me of his attempt to get hold of me. The same day I spoke to Robin on the telephone and he was able to find a flight from London to Cape Town at a very good price with my preferred airline. Payment for the flight went smooth and I received confirmation in the form of my E-Ticket the same evening. I also had a follow up call from Robin to confirm that I was pleased with everything.
