Alec was so very helpful when I called to book flights from London to New York. It was a bit late to look for a choice of seats and I needed an aisle seat because of back/spinal problem. But over the course of a few calls Alec first found a flight and then did get me an aisle seat, so that will make the seven-hour flight possible for me.
