Folks, do not do business with this scam company. I am out of pocket for thousands of dollars and NOTHING to show for it. My site was supposed to be hosted by their secure server and it has been nothing but issues and no response.
I have no site now. How are these people allowed to be in business.
All these offshore resources don't know their right from the left arm.

These guys are awesome to work with. I worked with Jonathan and my logo looks outstanding.

I do not recommend this company. I hired them for a logo and explained what I wanted and paid. Then I'm transferred to a new guy asking me to explain what I would like all over again. They produced example work that were clearly against what I asked for and I corrected them. Meanwhile, the whole time (prolly when they should of been listening and thinking about my design) they kept bringing up website work they offer and things I was not interested in. Then when they claimed the logo was complete (but had not been supplied to me yet), they told me I had to pay to have it copyrighted. I declined to pay the $200 to have it copyrighted and they informed me that "I must have it copyrighted". I told the rep to cancel the order then. The rep told me he could not cancel the order and I must pay for the copyright. I told him to cancel the order or I would go to paypal and dispute the charge. He said he needed to talk to his manager and would call me back. The rep called me back a few minutes later saying they can proceed without the copyright. I told the rep I no longer wished to do business with his shady company and still wanted to cancel my order. He told me that he cannot cancel the order and that if I did start a dispute on paypal, their "legal team" would take action. So I started the dispute on paypal and 15 minutes later the rep emails "the finished logo" which to this day I never even opened or looked at, downloaded or anything. So paypal decides I am correct since my cancellation came before the work produced was delivered. Since then the rep has been calling me every month about cancelling the order and now a poorly spoken person claiming to be from their legal team is calling me. This company is garbage and NOBODY should ever do business with them.

I do not recommend this company. I hired them at the end of March for a logo and was also talked into a website design. I paid upfront and was sent the logo designs fairly quickly. They did well with the logo design but after that it fell apart. When they started working on the website that’s when the calls started coming stating that in order for them to do the next step of the website they needed more money. I reluctantly agreed time and time again because when I initially paid for the website design I thought that was all inclusive. They did not explain that I would also have to pay for all these additional items. I paid for content writing, the content took longer than they said it would, when I finally received it some of it was very poorly written. I then had to take time out of my busy schedule that month to re-write some of it. I also paid for SEO for the website. About a month ago I was finally notified the website was ready to go live and then they asked about hosting for it, which was an additional cost again. I refused to pay it at this point as I was fed up with all the extras that I was not expecting to have to pay initially. They agreed to host it on their servers for now. They stated the website was done and ready to go live, it was not done! It was not mobile friendly at all, when I asked why it wasn’t mobile friendly when everyone has a smartphone now, they stated for an additional $200 they could fix it. I refused again. I insisted they fix it for free, this is not an unreasonable expectation in this day and age! They did fix it thankfully. I have had to spend more of my time fixing other stuff that I asked them to fix on the website but they didn’t. Yesterday I received an email from their legal department stating that someone in another state was attempting to trademark my business name and they had received notification from the US Patent and Trademark office. They stated they had just completed a project for a client with that same business name and had asked them to place a 24 hold on their review of his trademark application. They then asked me if I was still doing business under this name (I just started doing business, of course I am) they should’ve known that! They gave me the information for the guy in the other state who is supposedly applying for the trademark and offered to do a 3 way call with the US patent and trademark office’s examining attorney. I said no thanks, I will verify this information myself as at this point I fully do not trust this company! I called the patent and trademark office and they explained what I was told to them, the lady informed me that I could look it up on their Tess system online and also that she felt like it was a scam by this company to get more money from me ( I was already thinking this)! I went to the Tess system and conducted a business name search using the exact name search and also a name containing search and could not find anything in their system! I also conducted a business name search in the state they told me he applied in, and could not find anything on the secretary of states website either. I 100% believe I have to at least some extent been scammed out of my money at this point seeing as my website is only partially complete, I never received my business cards or letterhead they promised ( they sent me the design stating they were ready for printing, they were not anywhere close to ready), I found out that I only received a partial SEO effort for what I paid for and now this trademark scam attempt! Their communication also is very poor, I was told I would have an account manager to help me through the whole process, after the logo was complete I could not get ahold of my account manager at all!

Fred and his team are fantastic. We weren't easy, but they were patient and got it right. Highly recommended and will do business with again. Thanks again.

I recommend. I really liked the communication and attitude to work. Many times changed, corrected work. As a result, the result exceeded expectations.

Logo making is very difficult. Especially if you are making for someone else business. But Mark keys made it easy for me. He is Very creative and had lots of patience. He created my logo as I wanted. Very efficient. I look forward working with him regarding my website and the visiting card soon.

A business with principles, morals and great work ethics is a business that excels. However, a business with poor work ethics and principles is a business that experiences a decline in growth or goes out of business. This company was hired to develop a website and host our site. Unfortunately, it has been a nightmare.

When our site went down, I called, emailed, and texted, and I was not getting any response. Finally, I got an answer, and they apologized and said our website would go back up in an hour. However, it took them 20 hours for our website to go back online. Once the website was finally done, we ran inspections, and everything committed was off, from missing components, codes, images, inappropriate images, etc. I have many messages where there are no replies, and finally, Josh, one of the ones running the business, apologizes and accepts failing but does very little to fix the issue truly. 12 days later and the site is still not SEO and Google's rating compliant. I then send more emails, more messages, and very little response.

If you look at the attachment, these people tried to be condescending. How rude, unethical and unprofessional. To think that I am ignorant, oblivious, who would fall into their persuasion technique by switching characters and attempting to go from a professional conversation to a friend type of interaction with the hopes of influencing to manipulate the situation/escalation. Unethical behavior and unacceptable.

This company and the leadership running this business have the potential to be great since they understand the work and are good designers. However, as I said above, they are unethical with poor work habits. Their interest is not really on delivering outstanding work but instead on the gains regardless of how the work gets delivered.

Suppose you are an average consumer who is not familiar with what is required for your website to comply with SEO and Google Ratings. You will only receive a functional site with a nice face but with the internal or mechanism empty.

We are not average consumers. We know and understand the power of SEO and what helps it or hurts it. We also understand how Google Rating views your site, the critical components to having your website on the first page, and what can damage that rating. Aside from understanding these vital components, we also know what we signed up for and what that means. From all the mechanisms that make your website a stellar functional site, they thought we would miss the many features they were supposed to add.

It's sad to see businesses with poor practices that take advantage of those who aren't familiar with the critical components of their website. To pay for a particular work, receive the work, and think that you are receiving a fantastic design/site based on the face or presentation but not know that the inside is incomplete or missing the essential components that help your business grow - or for what you paid.

Based on our experience, the number of missing components, the site going out of business, and lack of execution and delivery; I have every right to request a full refund. It is the best way to remedy an issue like this and learn from it. Hold the team accountable or yourselves to avoid it from happening again. And also put a stop in taking advantage of those who do not know what to expect or what components should be on their site.

Lastly, they also know the power of surveys. An average consumer puts one positive survey and maybe two surveys. However, it is rare for consumers to go to multiple platforms to submit surveys. We caught the surveys and by whom they are being submitted, and they have a trend that makes obvious to be either by them or friends and family. For that reason, their survey count is low. Also, when the survey count is low and they are positive, you automatically can fall under an elite for specific platforms or have five stars. Sharing to keep in mind.

I don't like doing this. I was doing everything in my power to avoid providing negative feedback. However, I happened to know the tech world, and I caught on quickly to how their business practice doesn't have good intentions. An average consumer wouldn't know this, mainly because it is not common to understand how the online world works.
A great company with great leaders, defuse and find a solution quickly to remedy or refund for failing a service. That's how you grow and earn more business.

Do your homework. Pay attention to queues. Don't take my word. Do thorough research before committing to anything with this company or any.
