This company's service is really bad. It's not worth even one star. If other people use this service, I will definitely oppose it. The tags, descriptions, titles, etc. that utilize AI are completely out of sync with the current YouTube algorithm. Even if you ask for a refund, you won't get a response even after 10 days. Never be fooled by exaggerated advertisements.

At first the software seems to do what they show in the tutorial video, but, then it is not the case in totality. You have to copy and paste many things by yourself.

But that is not the main problem. The main problem is when you ask the refund. They do not accept it even if on their sale page it is written in BIG "30 MONEY BACK GUARANTEE".

They come with excuses and excuses. Even with paypal you won't have your money back cause Paypal does not support guarantee cases on digital products.

So this is a scam and they do not respect their own marketing.

Then...they say that with vidchapter you increase by 20% your youtube view.

Guess what... nothing happens. In 4 years in my youtube channel, i've never had video below 1000 view. With new video "optimised" with vidcapter they are below 1000 views.

I really do not recommande it. It is better using chat gpt for the same thing :)
