Kevin Hammon provided a professional and friendly service. He understood the importance of finding the right buyer for our home grown Lettings Business. He found us the perfect buyer and provided so much support throughout the whole process. We cannot thank him enough. Charlotte was the second agency I worked with after the first one tied me into a 15-month contract without achieving any results. I was hesitant to trust another company, but out of all the agencies, Charlotte was the only one who actually came to meet me at my café. She was upfront and realistic about the potential sale price for the café, without promising inflated figures. From the start, everything felt reasonable. The contract was just 6 months, and Charlotte assured me the café would be sold within that time frame. She was right; within 5 months, I had around 5 offers. When a very low offer came in, she immediately advised me against it. Despite being incredibly busy, she always made time to reassure me, help me, and answer any questions I had throughout the whole sale process. Thank you, Charlotte, for everything!

Although more expensive than other quotes, the old adage that you get what you pay for applies here. Jon Gleeson went above and beyond to sell our clinic. My business was sold last May by John Gavin. At a time when most businesses were closing, John gave me confidence that my business would sell. It was initially up for sale with the company he worked for prior to Business Monkey and it was rather stressful trusting that a company with a name like Monkey was real. However he assured me that it was all good and the sale progressed. I encountered problems with the purchaser’s solicitor and John was there to push the sale along. I would recommend Business Monkey.

First just want to say John is a lovely man and this review is not personal to him. I was charged £4750 for basically listing my business online which in hindsight I wish I had just done myself. I was one did all viewing arranged follow up meetings I was even one who sorted the sale between new buyers and the landlord so for the money I was changed for basically managing the whole thing apart from the initial specking to any buyers it’s a hefty price tag so do your research and maybe see if it’s easier to manage your own sale.

After a year of not being able to sell our business, Charlotte and Peter found a buyer for us in a couple of months. They are very efficient , friendly professionals. Highly recommended.
