I cannot recommend Guy highly enough! From the very first valuation to completion, he was professional, proactive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always available, communication was first-class throughout—every phone call and email was answered promptly, and whilst things outside of his control were very testing, he took all the stress out of what was at times a very difficult process.

After viewing a number of houses for our onward purchase I was aware what an impact the estate agent could have in the viewing experience so wanted to ensure I went with an agent I could rely to deliver a good customer experience.

Guy was very knowledgeable of the local area and was able to secure a good price for my property within a week of going to market.

Guy continued to keep me well informed (often before my own conveyancer) and chased actions throughout the process ensuring it was it was stress free as possible.

If you want an attentive agent who will support you through the challenging process of house sales I could not recommend Guy enough.

Guy is the ultimate professional, but with a great sense of humour. He guided me , very patiently through each step, from beginning to end . He vetted all viewers , making sure they were suitable and Guy was always ready to answer my questions quickly, by phone, email or text.
