Excellent experience buying a new car from Ford Busseys. I placed an order for a Ford Puma Gen E which needed to be built and delivered. Matthew was excellent throughout the whole process from test drive to collection. As it was a factory order, Matthew provided updates regarding our car at regular intervals and provided enough information at the right time.

As it was an electric car, through an offer in conjunction with Octopus Energy, we were offered a reduced price on a home charger, again the communication between all parties was excellent.

I have ordered 3 cars from 3 different manufactures, Mercedes Benz, MG and now Ford and so far this has been the best.

I would recommend Matthew and Busseys to friends and family. Thanks again.

Got figures on contract to buy totally wrong, I ended up having to do them myself and tell THEM what I should be paying. There were three columns on the sheet and one even had a different incorrect number at the bottom. Totall for got the deposit I had paid and totally forgot I had already paid to have the vehicle taxed.

They replied to my message saying they were sorry for my poor experience and it had been passed on to management who would contact me to discuss this.

A month and a half later, I'm still waiting. But there again, they've got my many thousands of pounds now, haven't they so their interest in me is nil.

Only gave one star because it's not possible to give zero stars.

Excellent customer service from the moment we stepped foot into the showroom til we left with a brand new car. Friendly, helpful and not pushy sale. Would recommend.

I dealt with a lady called Chloe at Busseys. Although I didn't in the end purchase the prospective car she was super professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She even went that extra mile and send me a personal video "walk-around" of the vehicle I was interested in. I would 100% use Busseys and Chloe again.

My experience at Busseys Norwich was defined by excuses, broken commitments, and a stunning lack of customer care. As a serious buyer ready to purchase a £50k BYD, I was treated with utter indifference.

The issues started when I was told I couldn't test drive the Sealion on a weekend because it was "the manager's car, and the manager doesn't work weekends." This immediately felt unprofessional. After rearranging a test drive for the Seal (due to their initial unavailability), their phone system became a farce. On Friday, I was met four times by the same pre-recorded voicemail from 'Victoria' falsely blaming me for a faulty line before hanging up.

Eventually, I rebooked for Wednesday the 14th to drive a Sealion, confirming with Jake. I took a morning off work and arrived as agreed. Not only was Jake unavailable, but I was then told the Sealion had been booked out for the morning. My confirmed appointment meant nothing. Critically, no manager appeared to apologise or resolve this, a consistent theme of managerial absence.

When I pointed out their prices were £2-3k higher than another dealership, I was met with shrugged shoulders. The complete lack of initiative, from weekend test drive policies to on-the-day failures and pricing apathy, is breath taking. I will be taking my business elsewhere and sharing this cautionary tale widely.

The whole team at Bussey's Attleborough were fantastic.The front team and the mechanics, all really friendly and know their stuff. Jon was very helpful and patient, showing us and explaining the differences in all the models. Excellent service, not hard pushy selling.

At BYD Norwich we have dealt with Brandin from the beginning of enquiries for a new lease.
He has been friendly, polite and knowledgable with enthusiasm if the product.
Today we collect our new Seal.

They "don't trust people on the phone"..... Not the sort of business I want to deal with. In the process of trying to buy an Ineos Grenadier, I was told that the first to put a deposit down will secure the car and the other interested party was going to sleep on it overnight. I asked what the best price they would do is - I agreed their proposed number and said I would pay a deposit. The sales person said they would check their suggested price with "management" and call me back in 5-10. Nothing. Called them. Nothing. Email.... and I get a paragraph back explaining someone has just come back from a test drive and they are with them at the moment... which raised suspicions because who types out a few lines of email while they are with a customer? Then 1.5 hrs after saying I would buy the car, they call saying the other customer has bought the car. Although not stated, I believe they used the time to call the other customer, to bid up the price (without offering me the option of upping my price), or simply selling it to them at the price I was given (although they said they paid the full price - but who knows with these guys?!). And the reason.... "management much prefers people who come into the showroom because they don't trust people on the phone as they are more likely to back out even when they pay a deposit". Which is an issue for anyone in the south east (my nearest dealer is a 3.5 hr round trip - Busseys was my next closest at 4.5hs), and throughout the country, who wants to buy an Ineos, given the scarcity of dealers. So you have been warned about these guys. Sneaky dealings . And you are a second class citizen if you can not present yourself in person. I offered them the opportunity to respond to my concerns last week, before posting this review. They said "management" would reply on Monday. I sit here Wednesday afternoon with no response from "management".

The story has a happy ending for me - I have bought a better car from another dealer in my perfect spec, who by contrast, has been an absolute delight to deal with (and who's "management" do not have trust issues!).
