Great service. Well informed about all my options and benefits. Made the entire process less stressful than I expected

Truly great service from the team at Hall Road. Previously had a Peugeot set up with Adam, yearly services all handled with exceptional customer care from Kayla, and have just signed up for another 4 years for a BYD with Connor who worked tirelessly to get me the best deal possible on the coolest car I’ve ever seen and delivery on time. Honestly wouldn’t use another company as these guys never fail to deliver. 10/10 across the board.

Dealt with Brandon, he was friendly and knowledgeable and managed the whole sale process from start to finish, it was easy and professional.

Jake was extremely helpful throughout. Thank you.

We have just brought our brand new car which was a automatic. Our salesman Chandler has been excellent all the way through the process from ordering the car to collection. He has kept us updated all the way through.

They sent my car to east binley for some warranty work and come back with white rubber over spray look a mess think you need to read meaning reached out more like Bradley washed his hands on me

The whole experience of buying our car was quick and easy, from when we called initially to enquire to when we finalised everything. Brandon was very helpful and not pushy at all, as well as being efficient without making the process feel rushed. When the time comes to get another car, we will be coming back.

Jake knew his cars really and was on top of all the deals so you feel you are getting genuine value. The cars have EV X factor IMHO. Customer care top rate. Very happy customer!

Good customer service, friendly, didn't find any of there staff was pushy like most other car showrooms salemans are and also they made you feel very welcome and also made me feel comfortable to browse around when I first went into there showroom just to have a look at there vehicles and also find out some information about a vehicle I took a interest in and then asked me to go back on another date and time so I could test drive the car I was interested in, when I went back and test drove the vehicle I then put in my order of the ATTO 3 in surfing blue in the middle of August 25, my vehicle was delivered to Norwich by the end of October 25 but my current lease didnt run out till the 12th of Nov 25 so I picked my new car up on the 13th Nov 25 and I have nearly had it a week and I am so pleased with it and glad I went for fully electric, I would 100% recommend theses to anyone in looking to purchase a new car

Very professional, helpful staff both sales and servicing

We recently took my 3 year old Kuga in for a major service and MOT on the 30th September. It past the MOT with flying colours, however recently following its return we tried to use the screen washers which did not operate correctly, even though it did prior to going in for the service. Part of the service included a check and refill of the washer system, which passed. We contacted Bussey with regard to this issue, they have informed me that the system is blocked and full of sludge and the screen jets are in need of replacement, for which I have to pay for the flushing of the system and replacement of the jets. As a gesture of good will they are only charging me £110, for something is of no fault of my own, as it has worked for 3 years without fail, and only failed after the service topped the washer system up, with their brand of fluid. Clearly this has interacted with what was in the system leading to the sludge to form. They agree that this could be the case but still insist on me paying for the corrective work. I suggested that they do not top up washer system moving forward, as there is a good chance of this occurring and causing issues to other customers. On our last visit to the same dealer in Norwich. my car returned with a split screen, when I approached them they refused to accept liability as they felt it would have been like this upon pick up. However I have cc TV installed and was able to show no crack upon pick up and when delivered back by their driver a crack was evident. Had I not been able to prove this, I am sure like my current situation I would have had to pay for a new screen. In my view this dealership are not fair and will evade responsibility for issues caused by them. Go elsewhere, that is what I will do in future, vote with your feet.
