Great idea, although the sticky pad supplied isn’t strong enough to hold the water bottle. Lasted 24 hours and I noticed it coming off. Replaced it with some elf tape and now it’s perfect. Thank you

Brilliant products, now have 5 of the Bottle holders, super easy to place orders and delivered on time every time I've ordered

I have emailed several times about an u delivered item from 15/12/25 and had no response.

Really high quality products that are also very useful indeed! Clearly made by people who own pets! They arrived really quickly too and the bottle holders we've got have made cleaning so much easier! (And I don't get my t shirt caught on wires anymore!)

Amazing product that makes my little bunnies life much easier to drink from. No winky bottles held by wire snd ao much easier to refill when necessary.
I wish I had found this sooner!

I ordered a Hay Rack in Pastel Purple on 8th December, which still has not been dispatched according to the tracking (order 4866). I have since emailed (via the online contact form) to request an update, but have yet to receive a response. It seems my only option is to ask for a recharge via Paypal and my bank (because the payment had to be split into two transactions due to a website glitch), but I would much prefer to actually receive the hay rack, which I still need. If anyone is monitoring this feedback, please can you resolve this please?

Update 20th January (!) - seller responded with the following email below on Jan 13th - it's now Jan 20th, and guess what, still no hay rack.I'm officially now giving up and requesting a charge back.


"First of all we would like to apologise for the huge delay in getting back to you, but we have sorted this issue out.
We have been in contact with Evri as on top of all of the other issues we experienced, we had 17 parcels go missing over the past few weeks. It turns out every single one was in the same batch collected by Evri.
This is to say they have definitely been lost, as Evri cannot locate them past the collection stage.
What we are going to do is send out your parcel again, but with two hay racks instead of one, as an apology for the very poor service you have received from us recently.
As a small business we pride ourselves on service, and this time we have truly failed.
We shall get on it today now we have confirmation from Evri about the parcel being lost and get the hay racks on their way to you tomorrow.

Still not received item after 2 weeks!

I have not yet received my order. I have emailed the company and am waiting for a response so this may well be sorted soon

I ordered a water bottle holder but it never arrived i messaged them and there was trouble with the delivery so they said they would send me another, this one soon arrived, they are an excellent product no trouble having trying to fix my bottle. Thank you Buttercup Pet Products

Lovely products, guinea pigs love the feeder and I LOVE the water bottle holder as it’s so much better than the annoying wires an good quality

i ordered from this comapny twice first time my order was missing a item and one item was in a completly different colour to what i oredered it in i emailed and they gave me a small discount code for my nect order so i ordered again and this time my order took weeks to come i emailed several times and was ignored for ages finally i was given a response and was told id receive a trade card as i run a guinea pig rescue and a couple items for free as a sorry however i never revived these items or the trade discount yet again more let downs this has been back nd forth for months now and ive finally given up however i want people to know about this company as its shocking and customer service is even worse

I love these bottle holders - much easier than the pain of having the wire. These are sturdy, easy to fit, cut colours, cute logo and hopefully being hung on the inside will keep the water at a more even temperature on both hot and cold days. Great product

Delivery time was fine and item well packaged. These are a game changer for water bottles. I still have some wired, but my Guinea pigs much prefer to drink from the bottles in these holders. Which is great as they are so easy to change the bottle over in and they keep the bottle securely upright rather than sliding about on the bars when you use the wire.
