Item came quickly and was as described. Would use this seller again. Plenty of communication to reassure item was being sent and on the way.

Despite a not so good first transaction i wanted to give them another chance as only fair, they’re very transparent and they go the extra mile, the quality of the bottle holders is excellent and so relieved to be done with metal wires, a breeze to set up in seconds and so convenient. Fast postage, good communication. I would def buy more from them.

I ordered the camera & mount back in March, however still waiting for the items. Not had a response to my last email regarding order delivery etc... not really sure what else to do. I was so excited for this product but now I'm disappointed 😞

The small animal (Guinea Pigs water bottle holder) is a fantastic idea, however I am sick of buying them as they keep breaking, I haven't got in touch with the company to advise as I'm really too busy right now, I know I should have given them a chance to put it right but just bought more in the hope it was a one off issue, sadly not.
I have now found a different seller who sells almost the same thing except the new seller's holder just hooks onto the cage instead of butterfly screw on.

Paid for the fastest delivery which was 48hr but was weeks before they even dispatched it. I no longer needed product so emailed to politely say please don’t bother sending now as I don’t need it (on email , Facebook and Instagram). No reply whatsoever and no option to cancel. There’s no return label or option on the website and following this experience I don’t believe I’d actually get my money back so I’ll just keep it.

I asked a question beforehand and they answered it really quickly! Can't fault the customer service and the products are really well made.

My items haven't arrived, hasn't even made it to the courier. Its been over 2 weeks. I have tried to email various times as well as use social media with no reply.

Made an order 2 weeks ago. Payment taken by company, but no communication about order. Parcel has not arrived.
This could be a scam website/company; I would advise avoiding it.
I will see if I can reclaim the transaction via my bank.

After an initial issue, which was promptly solved, the order was dispatched and with us quickly.
Will be using again.

Buttercup Pet Products do not reply to emails. Their customer service is non-existent. I emailed eight times using two different email addresses listed on their website, sent three social media messages (as they recommend) and have had no replies. They have missed the expected turnaround time between ordering and shipping as stated on their website. This is the worst experience I have had with a company for a long time. I have little faith that I will receive my order, and I will never use this company again. Ignore any Instagram advertisements or endorsements; it's not worth the stress.

Brilliant products. Only gave 4 stars due to problem with original colour I ordered and took a while to be delivered. Easy to use and the QR code to show you how to set it up is brilliant. The bottle holders are so much easier to fill bottles and put straight back in and easy to fit. The hay holders are a tiny bit harder to fit but I done it by myself.

Delivery was really slow and doesn’t fit great onto cage, is a bit lopsided and leans forward even though I have tried refitting a few times. Was fiddly to install at first. Overpriced for what it is when the wire the bottle comes with was doing the trick.

The customer service was excellent.
When I had to contact them regarding a missing component, they had a look and realised that I hadn't added to cage mount to my order, and it wasn't until afterwards I realised as well.
I ordered it through the link they gave me, and they were really helpful.
