Lovely staff in the Padstow shop, willing to talk about the range of chocolate. Even gave me the telephone number to call.

These are very very close vegan-friendly versions of popular non-vegan chocolate bars. I have been a vegan for about 5 years and I am used to the tricks that some manufacturers try - they make things ultra-sweet, or sacrifice texture for other elements. These avoid those issues - I am always completely unable to resist popping a few into my trolley at Asda or arranging a delivery direct from Buttermilk. Highly recommended.

Going to start with: I love these products, I buy them all the time, it's the closest to a snickers bar a dairy intolerant person can get. But I won't buy from the website again. My order arrived completely unsealed and with several items missing, and the replacements were sent in a bubble wrap envelope and arrived crushed. It was a gift for someone and I ended up having to go to the supermarket to get more, which meant it was no longer cheaper to buy direct. Very disappointed with my experience but I still love the product.

The snacks were good quality as usual. The delivery went on schedule. Only wish there were more sales and deals!

Seriously if there are types of chocolate you miss when you no longer eat dairy then you can't go wrong with these! I have tried many over the years and genuinely these are so good.

Not being able to enjoy dairy, the joy of chocolate bar had long since disappeared from my radar.
Yes there are a few companies out there that do produce a good bar but you always know youre not eating dairy from the taste.
However, the magic that the wizards at Buttermilk cast over their products would make Harry Potter jealous!
All their bars taste amazing and even though she doesnt need to exlcude dairy, my daughter loves them as well!
They really are pheonomenal!

I buy tiny vegan cupcakes from my local Co-Op but they seem not stock them any more

Being allergic to dairy I thought I’d never hear me say ‘I love Buttermilk’! I do! The vegan range is exceptional especially the honeycomb and coconut. I thought I’d be resigned to plastic type fake chocolate but I’m so please I discovered this brand

Love the new Buttermilk choccy wafer bar. Being gluten and dairy intolerant it’s been a while since I could enjoy this type of snack. The wafer is good and crunchy and the chocolate nice and thick! Only reason for 4 stars is it is pretty pricey, but no different to most free from snacks.

This chocolate is the best chocolate I have ever tasted especially the 'crunchie' bar as since going vegan I missed a crunchie!! They do vegan versions of common chocolate bars and have just introduced a 'kitkat' which I've not found yet but I'm sure it will be amazing. I am always pointing these out in supermarkets to folk browsing the free from choccies, I love them and hope that Buttermilk continue to thrive as a company. Thank you for making this vegan very happy indeed 💚

I ordered the new choccy wafer bar because I couldn't buy it in any of our local Sainsbury's. It's so lovely to be able to eat a gluten free and vegan wafer bar. I personally found it too sweet but the rest of the family didn't. It's much softer than the well known chocolate wafer bar but it's a great alternative.

Great service when I bought items on line. Love the chewy taste of the caramel nougat bars especially frozen in the freezer. I’ve tried nearly everything, the double choccy crisp snack bars and the coconut one!

My family are all vegetarian and vegan so finding delicious tasting chocolates and sweets is not always easy to do. Buttermilk have a lovely range of suitable chocolates and sweets so my family never feel left out at Christmas and Easter, and just to have a tasty treat whenever they like.

Love these bars as I am lactose intolerant and can still have my chocolate fix and they taste great

Best vegan choc bars we’ve ever tried. So many different varieties now. We especially like the new chocolate wafer bar.

The chocolate bar range is by far the best vegan chocolate in the UK today!
The chocolate is so creamy, very much like Dairymilk but better as it is vegan!

Great flavours. Definitely recommend.
