Joke of a company. Trying to get a refund for over 6 months for an item that hasn’t shipped.

Wont even reply. Avoid

Sometimes we do have to cancel orders in certain circumstances. We are sorry that the item you ordered was not in stock. You were not charged and an email was sent informing you of the cancellation.

I haven't received my order or any email to when I will be getting it. I know I ordered over Christmas but a message would be nice

We have checked our system and can see the shipping confirmation with tracking number was sent to your email su************@xxxmail.com on 28/12/2022. Perhaps your mail filtered the email from us? I have checked and the shipment is with EVRI. Again, you selected No rush shipping. Tracking number H00JDA0008940188
