Service client très réactif

Escroquerie en passant commande suite à une publicité Lidl sur Facebook j’ai cru commander sur Lidl mais non. Mon compte bancaire débité au profit de buy4kitchens.com sans avoir reçu aucune confirmation de commande, d’ailleurs je n’ai jamais rien reçu en livraison .

Mir war eine Anmeldung nicht bewusst und es wurden automtisch Beträge abgebucht. Über den Support habe ich schnell eine Lösung erhalten und danke an das Eskalationsteam, der Betrag wird zurückerstattet.

Ich habe das probiert und konnte es dann doch nicht nutzen. Die Rückabwicklung war problemlos.

We thought to have purchased a product and ended up with a GOLD membership with the highest fee to be paid every 14 days, after a trial period of 3 days against €2,19. Unwanted membership which you can terminate after 14 days, so you will need to top op your credits before that. You can also request an immediate cancellation against a fee of €6,95. How generous. Paying for nothing. Ridiculous
As I see they take advantage of people via many different sites. Be careful.

Je ne savais pas que c’était un abonnement renouvelable je pensais que juste en commande et on reçoit sa commande car c’était une offre à mon avis c’est cela que les gens doivent savoir avant de commander

Issue addressed

Unfortunately I was not buying anything for kitchen 😕, but R438 was taken from my account in December 2023 I'm disappointed that I'm only receiving feed back now and what's even more disappointing is that I have to go through reviewing a service I never even received to guarantee my refund 😢
