A new “interface” has just been added and all the performance of the tool has dropped terribly. There is no function working accurately. The calculator loads horrendously slow, and the price chart between both the original and new version is completely different. Luckily the calculator is an actual “estimation” on profit otherwise things would be worse. Everything is almost functioning on a “just about” rate and it is impossible to get helpful responses from the report team, solely wishes.

Discrepancies does not explain why the 365 day price chart range does not load on the new interface. The new interface just simply needs the correct keepa data, it is an easy fix.

BBP does a good job of breaking down whether a deal is worth it for me or not. I don’t have time to do all the calculations manually, so this tool has been a huge help time and time again

If you sell on Amazon, this is worth having. It’s quick, accurate, and helps you make better decisions. Saves a ton of time.

BuyBotPro has been an absolute disappointment. The system feels unreliable and poorly designed. Here’s why I regret spending money on it:
• Inconsistent Performance: It only works about half the time. The software frequently fails to process or deliver accurate results, making it unusable for time-sensitive tasks.
• Barcode Recognition Issues: It rarely recognises barcodes correctly, which is infuriating when you’re trying to scan items quickly. This flaw completely defeats the purpose of using it for efficiency.
• Lack of Value for Money: For the price, the system is a complete waste. There are far better tools out there that actually do what they promise.

Overall, BuyBotPro feels like a hastily put-together system that’s not fit for professional use. If you’re considering it, save your money and look elsewhere.

this tool is just copying keepa, waste of money. and it's overprice, better use SAS

You can’t log in to the main site, The app is buybotgo not buybotpro and will not recognise your log in details and only give you the option of paying 40 odd dollars/pounds to use the app even though you’ve signed up for 30 day free trial.
SellerAmp is so much simpler and user friendly 👍

The time it saves is well worth the monthly subscription. Load up a listing and everything you need to see is all in one place.

Make it easier to login , And Let customers know when download of app store its buybotgo and both apps colours and logos and not alike, There are you tube videos on how to login.

I had subscribed to buybot pro, which is more expensive than the basic plan. I was thinking it would be safer since it includes the Suspension Safeguard. I got suspended on Amazon due to a problem with I product I am reselling. so I contacted them to explain to them what happened, they told me to email help@get unsuspended.com since this service is included in my pro plan, I emaild them sent them all the screenshots they needed, also explained that I'm a new amazon seller and don't know how the process works or how they will help me activate my account.
1-bad communication. they take days to reply
2- the emails they send are very short, not answering all of my questions.
3- they did not give me cear instructions on when to start submitting and what to exactly submit to Amazon.
4- I explained to them that I can not provide 2 of Amazon's requests such as the supplier chain since I'm only a reseller, but they did not reply
5- they do not follow up or ask how things are going which means bad customer service, the upgrade for pro is not worth it unfortunately I have been suspended for over 7 weeks

Had some issues (my own fault) and costumer service is extremely excellent! Had a response in few minutes and problem solve in less then a day! Great work Ana! Thank you

Very useful staff members when I was having some issues with the software, they responded within 20 minutes and were extremely polite. Some features need tweaking but overall 9/10 software

I use buybotpro to check one of the products I sell on Amazon, the product costs me 3.20, and Amazon FBA fees are 6.10, and I sell it FBA with almost 13.49. And I sold 21 units in January. These are the facts.
What buybotpro showed me when I checked my product: is The FBA fees will be 12.79 instead of 6.10, and the previous month has been sold on Amazon 9 units. I mentioned I sold 21 units and are another seller on the product.
I don't know what algorithm they use, but stay away, their data cannot be trusted and you will end up buying a product and getting stuck with it.
This is my experience, and I advise you not to repeat it. To cancel the subscription is another saga, that can be made just over the phone. I contacted them through email about the wrong data and sent screenshots and a lovely Ana reply me: "I'm sorry but I'm not quite sure what you mean." - The data you provided, unprofessional and made up

They wont give you a refund even if you havent use their program. They offer a free trial, which I never was able to use since you need them to sent you your log in credentials and I never received it. I cancel the free trial because I never got the chance to use it, and they still charge me for the monthly amount, now I’m stuck with them for a month.

Really good software, perfetcly work together with chorme. This software have got really good features!

And also really good support! They are fast and friendly!

AVOID. I wish I read the reviews before signing up to buybot pro.

Their website is horrendous. I tried resetting my password multiple times but their system did not generate a link.

They do not let you cancel the subscription through the website but instead you have to call or go to their chat function. I have lost £67 to their overpriced packages. They refuse to refund even though I did not use their product once in the last 2 months.

Plenty of other reputable and honest business that offer a better service for a much better price. Buybot pro likes to scam hard working people who are trying to make a living. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

overpriced, got IP complaint in just a week of use, which app said " go ahead GREEN"
many times app didn't wanted to start,
when i needed app it then decided to stop load details for products
keep asking how much i buy product for in order to see any details so just delaying whole process.
if item cost 10 and selling for 50 i really dont need to analize deal i just need to see data and selling history?
too many tabs that i dont need to see delaying process of see what i need to go over

Suspension safeguard a waste of money. I was suspended from Paypal and they sent a lame plan of action. Complete waste of time and then they continue to charge you.

Amazing software. Quick response times from the team. All round amazing.

What a scam, couldn't get it to work after trying for hours. Flicking the buy button all night to no avail
