Had a great experience. Of course your never going to get what you would like in a home sale but a fair offer was made and after the 2 week review period a final agreement was signed. 2 weeks later the house was sold. Mobile Notary was sent to where we were and signed the papers. Money was in the bank the following day. No closing cost, no hassles. Took house as is and relieved the pressures of a house sale off our back.

My wife and I were struggling with an insurance settlement due to a fire in a house that was rented, The house was solid and salvageable, but in need of more work than we were willing to take on. We met with several "house buyers". They all made offers and the terms were not often clear. My wife called Buy Box. We accepted their offer because it was competitive and the terms were exactly what we wanted to hear. Jonathan, our contact at Buy Box explained every detail. Buy Box took care of the cleanup of belongings left behind, the title search, expedited the procedure (even though much of the work took place during the Christmas holiday season when many people were taking off), and arranged for the closing to take place at our house so we didn't have deal with the bad weather that occurred that week. Payment was deposited in our checking account within days of the closing. Fire damaged property is condemnable, uninsurable, and a huge liability if it someone sustains an  injury there. My wife and I were relieved when the sale was completed and happy with the cash we received.
