They are scammers who lure people in using hidden subscriptions. Then they take out 29,90 € a month

This company is a total scam. No real savings just a whole lot of hassle. I bought the Pathé movie tickets as a gift voucher but actually you cant just show up at the cinema, you have to go through the trouble of reserving online and you need an account to do so. The vouchers were only 5chf less for two than if you bought directly from Pathé. Also the vouchers expired in 4 months.

I feel betrayed by Buy Club and this is the reason.
I received my voucher for my birthday and was very happy about it. For medical reasons, I could not do the activity and the validity of my Voucher was extended for 2/3 months. The responsible asked me to provide a medical certificate to get another extension. This was not possible to get and would also be for an additional cost. I provided another evidence for my illness but it was not considered.
Looking at the provider' website for this activity, the validity of a Voucher is 12months !!
Why is Buy Club not offering the same conditions???
This is not fair and I am not happy at all with this customer service policy.
