Long term creator on this site,

I accumulated over £500+ and I am very ashamed at the way it has been going, first it removed the ability to check the Stripe dashboard and manage all your stuff directly and then it made it so you can only cash out at £10 minimum which isn’t ideal for most people. And then the discord bot doesn’t work anymore so people aren’t getting their roles.

I did used to enjoy using this but I will be moving elsewhere due to the changes.

AND on top of all this they are hiding 1 star reviews from TrustPilot to make you think they are better which THEY ARE NOT.

Buy Me A Coffee does a great job of helping creators get support from their fans. The interface is easy to use. I love that I was able to control my email list, send posts, load digital products, build a membership, and interact with my supporters. I also like how little they take from the creator's earnings, much better than Patreon. BMAC does not allow email sequencing, ability to load courses with several modules, or sending PDF attachments to emails. Overall, BMAC was a great resource for me and instrumental to the success of my YouTube channel and Smartie Party membership. I recommend it to any small creator who wants to build a following easily.

Buy Me A Coffee's support can sometimes be a little slow, but the experience is worth it. The responses don't feel like automated copy-paste messages — it genuinely feels like you're chatting with a real person who listens and tries to understand the issue. I appreciate that they take the time to actually help their users instead of just sending generic replies.

Without any doubt Buy me a Coffee, is a great initiative ♥️. It provides to showcase your content and talent. Just a small request, stripe should open opportunity for individuals to get registered as well. Waiting to be a part of growing platform being an individual.

Completely baffled by the payouts. Doesn't seem to be any help function within the app. Total takes ages to update also.

Als ich die Zahlung stoppen wollte, fiel mir auf, dass sie in meinem Account gar nicht auftauchte und ich sie somit auch gar nicht kündigen konnte. Seitdem habe ich den Support dreimal per E-Mail angeschrieben – ohne Antwort. Scheint nicht sehr seriös zu sein.

Non intrusive, very easy to setup up and well just great.. Can do business in currency of choice..

I cannot give 5/5, because problems appear - but the best thing is that BMC listens to their users and actually fix those problems. Contrary to many others (like Patreon), who answer like "We understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback, but will do nothing," Still, I would like more attention to suggestions to improve the platform (not just fix the bugs) - e.g,, I asked to include the number of views inside every post (which is very easy!), but it is still not done,

Overall I have found the Buy Me A Coffee service excellent. The website works well and has let me grow a funding base for my hobby in old age.

Recently I had an issue with a feature. It didn’t affect my revenue, but prevented communication from my followers. After sending off an email to support, I received a quick reply, with helpful trouble shooting, and soon the problem was promptly resolved. Fast, courteous, and professional.

Great response from developers. Easy interface to worj with. All good.
