I had to buy a last minute flight and even though they had some technical difficulties and me being an absolute psycho! They were able to send me all of my information. And then I confirmed it on the westjet website! I don’t know why people keep saying this is a scam? Ya they’re a little slow with service but they get the job done!!shout out to a great agent Megha!!

I booked from Canada. At first I was hesitant as this was a new name in the ticketing space, but after learning its a sister company of skyscanner I felt I could trust my purchase with them. I spoke with Hennry and he made my ticket buying experience superb,smooth and hassle free. He was open, transparent and dealt professionally. I recieved my tickets in time. Hennry was very helpful, professional and patient. They looked at all my options with me. I wish we could have matched the initial price for tickets but other then that I had a good customer service experience.

I booked a WestJet flight through this site via Air Canada. I was disappointed hours later to be informed I could not get the rate I booked at. But they let me know asap, and gave specific contact info so I could decide what to do. I ended up booking directly through WestJet for a cheaper price on the exact same flight, but Verona Rose got back to me very quickly and was friendly about cancelling my original booking.

Glad I chose to book my flights through Buymytrip. The fare I was quoted online was 9% less - however, when I called them, Rakhi was very patient and helpful. From start to finish, it took less than 2 hours for the e-tickets to be issued. Will definitely book my flights through them again.

Lisa Hayden was superb helpful in rebooking my flight tickets. They truly value customer service in contrast to many other options available inline.

Be wary of these 5* Reviews.
This company wastes your time. Booked a flight. Flight booking confirmed. Then, emails saying that it was not confirmed. Finally called the Canadian 647 number and spoke to Rio (a manager). Condescending and unhelpful. Trip was no $500 more. Spend the extra money and book through reputable airlines. I think I dodged a bullet. BEWARE.

I was well taken care by Hennry with booking my travel requirements. He was very professional and polite and got the best possible deal.

This rating is for the agent Vivek, no complaints against him. But the company BuyMyTrip confirmed then cancelled my bookings several times over the past week and raised the price after confirming for a lower amount. In the end I had to pay much more than the advertised price though I finally received the tickets. Hopefully they don't suddenly cancel it or ask for more money.
