Lisa Hayden was very sweet and understanding about the situation. However, i did not like that the company did not disclose that the flight wouldn’t come with any hold luggage and they ended up charging extra for it.

They show a price on their website that is cheaper than the airlines own website. Once you book, you’ll receive a follow up email saying they could not book your ticket, but if you pay them just a little bit more, they will. A total scam.

Katherine's help was invaluable. I could not understand what I needed to do and not having gotten a call I was concerned that I might not be connected to anything more than a scam. Katherine was instrumental in helping me to complete the booking and followed up with a call to insure my satisfaction.

I've served by Sharon. She has tried her best to secure my ticket booking during the weekend and always contacted me on time for any related updates, until my ticket is fully booked. Overall, she is very supportive and wish to be served by her again in the future.

I called in asking questions regarding a booking I did online and was connected to Sharon, she was absolutely pleasant to speak with; explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions, I only booked a one way ticket but with the excellent customer service I was given I also booked my return flight with Sharon as well. I would recommend booking through this company and I would totally recommend speaking with Sharon as she was a joy, very attentive, explained clearly and true to her word; I hope I can do business in the future with this company and wish nothing the best for Sharon, thank you so much for your help, support and honesty.

I had to make an adjustment with a flight that I had booked, as my travel plans had changed. The employee Jill Wilson assisted me through the entire process and she was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. She was amazing at following up with me to ensure that the changes I needed to make were met in a timely and effective manner. I really appreciated her going above and beyond to assist me through a bit of a stressful experience.

I had made reservations online to travel from Canada to Australia. I received a call back from a BuyMyTrip travel agent named S. Parker. He was super patient and accommodating. He made sure that my flights work well with my travel plans. He ended up saving me hundreds of dollars in flight prices and he also saved me 10 hours of travel time by booking better flights.

Sharon is very helpful and comprehensive.
