Scammers! I bought a cholestorol test kit in August 2025 for £39.99. I received notifications it had been shipped. One month later, still nothing received so I contacted their customer services who seemed very apologetic and said they would send out a replacement. Nothing heard from them for 2 weeks so I contacted them again and asked for a refund which they agreed. Still no refund and they won't answer my emails. Lesson learned, check reviews before buying.

Bought an air cooler from this company and was sent a fault unit that leaked badly. They refused to give me a refund even though I sent video evidence. They said I wasn’t allowed a refund as the item had been used!! 😂. Thankfully PayPal refunded my money. The products are cheap rubbish from China.

Awful company with illegal terms and conditions. Items come from china, and they sent wrong item. Due to all the negative reviews went straight to paypal who were very good and refunded immediately. Certainly wont use buysimple again.

Avoid , scammers no product no tracking numbers, no refund , very disappointed

Disgusting company and SCAMMERS, no product 4 weeks after purchase, no reply to emails, no contact number. Horrific experience. How dare they rob us and think this is ok??

I wouldn’t even give this company one star if that was an option. Total rip off ordered Childrens drum kit 27/11 for birthday early December. Arrived today what an absolute waste of money drum kit not even big enough for a baby let alone a small child, no stool included. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. You may as well throw your money in the bin!

Ordered 2 dog beds 4 weeks ago and they haven't arrived. Initially they replied to my emails then blanked me. I have now escalated it with pay pal. Really bad service. I would avoid.

Update.... after a lot of emails I have finally been refunded my money. My emails began to get answered after involving Ebay. All sorted now. The one good thing is the person I dealt with was brill and did get it sorted. Still won't use again though. Better communication from them would help.

Absolutely awful. Not regulated in the UK with all online selling T&C plus retail regulations. I have purchased an item about 8 days ago and i still haven’t received any information despite paying for delivery charges and sent 8 emails. They don’t seem to be based in the UK but does have a UK address on their website. Looks very suspicious but definitely poor service.

I bought a kids smartwatch + gps tracker that they advertised as being waterproof and shock resistant. First day of use my daughter play with water splashed the watch and the screen became sweated from inside. Emailed customer service, and more than a week later, because I chased a response, they've advised that because I received the watch on 27May and got in touch on 18Jun( day of my (daughter's b-day) the response was that because of the period I received they couldn't stablish if they watch had arrived with screen sweated or if it has been exposed to water. I went back to them with the advertising asking, if they were saying that the watch isn't waterproof, they've never responded.

You need to charge it everyday as its not long lasting battery

The GPS of the watch isn't accurate. It always gives you the wrong place at about 1km

WISH 0 STARS WAS AN OPTION. I bought an ultrasonic bark control device. It lasted about a day. At first the dog clearly reacted to it however it doesn't seem to work anymore. The light still lights up so there is power however any dog (tried it around other dogs) don't react at all. The actual device is extremely cheaply made and as soon as I ordered and realised it was being shipped from China I knew I was in for a dud.

They asked for a video of it not working (it's ultrasonic so how can you tell this from a video?) the site has no bad reviews at all for any products and I now realised why.

You can not leave your own review on there. There is not option for it anywhere on the website from what I can see. Leads me to believe all reviews are clearly fake.

SHOCKING! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS! begrudge one star, they send item that did not work and wanted video to prove ( I do not have a video machine) which is totally a tactic to avoid refunding money. Item returned to address from whence it came, and signed for, but Buy Simple refused to acknowledge receipt and told PayPal that item must be returned to Buenos Aires! Ridiculous, as I am in England and item send to me from England. These are scammers, avoid them!

Not a good experience, had a fit watch which not work properly. They wanted to have a video of watch but there was nothing to see.
I think this was a stalling tactic, wont buy anything from them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to do so.

I am grudging the one star. Absaloutely shocking service. Ordered an exercise bike on sale at £270. They sent what looked like a badly damaged 2nd hand knock off. Customer service asked me to send in a video wich I did more than a week. Ago and since them have avoided me. No contact number to phone.
Avoid this shower or cowboys at all costs.

Ok it seems something like aliexpress,wish site just reskinned to UK version,with fake reviews if you will see all reviews are 5stars or 4 stars on any product,all of them is positive and nothing negative whats is really impossible...Delivery and costumers service is horrible.Looks like they reselling everything from aliexpress and wish ,and faking reviews to make customers fell like that item is really good and trusty.

This is by far the worst online buying experience I have ever had. How they are allowed to still trade in the UK is unbelievable! If they had a high street shop in the UK they would have been closed down by now. Don't take my word for it check out the other feedback.

WARNING!! Very poor customer service, even worse delivery time of two months, and substandard product once delivered. I am trying to get a refund but not having much luck. Don't waste your money.

This company is A JOKE!!!! 3 months I have been waiting and still nothing keep getting the same repeated email over and over again!!! So just pretty much had 100 stolen From me! the one time I don’t read the reviews ! Am so disappointed in myself!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I placed an order on the 7th May (2months ago) to wait 6 weeks to be told it was lost in transit so they offered a refund. Almost 4 weeks later I still haven’t had my refund and no one is getting back to me. Ridiculous customer service! Avoid at all costs

Absolutely appalling product. Returns is shocking scamed me out of money. DON'T order from this store!!!!! I'm now rasing a dispute with my bank to recover my cost.
