Absolutely terrible! I placed an order over a month ago, never received it, can't get anyone to respond to my multiple messages AND they charged my card the day I placed my order. What a crooked company! It's ridiculous.

I ordered 2 bottles of cologne on December 4th they charged my bank account the next day and it’s the middle of January and I still don’t have my order!! I have attempted to contact them SEVERAL times and I have never received a response

This company is a complete scam!! I placed an order on 12/8/25 and it was suppose to ship within two days. My card was charged immediately including a foreign atm fee!!! I wrote the company and got an auto email response saying I would hear back shortly- still haven’t! Sent another email which got no auto response. It’s now 12/30/25 with no refund, item or answers! I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I’m out my money and mad!

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF! I ORDERED AND PAID ON 11/18/25, TODAY IS 12/30/2025! I HAVE REACHED OUT SEVERAL TIMES WITH NOT ONE RESPONSE !! BBB SHOULD DEFINITELY INVESTIGATE THEM!!

I placed in order on 12/12/25. The money was taken out of my account almost immediately. I have emailed them twice with no response whatsoever. It is now 12/22/25 and when I go on their site, it says paid an unfulfilled order. WTH!! Can't seem to get an answer with a person or an email as to where my order is or how to get my money back. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, SHAM SCAN WHATEVER WORD YOU'D LIKE TO USE!!

This company is a complete scam , ordered perfume for my mom for Christmas and nothing , should have read the reviews before I ever dealt with these crooks .

I ordered 5 bottles of Emeraude Cologne from Tubellas Perfumes on 11/16/2025; They charged my credit card $104.95 on 11/17/2025.

As of today, 12/02/2025, I have not received my order or ANY response from Tubellas Perfumes.

I contacted Tubellas Perfumes via email and by filling out the form on their website. I even downloaded WhatsApp and can't contact them that way because WhatsApp is saying they are not on it. Again, it is impossible to contact them and I have had no response at all from Tubellas Perfumes.

I reported fraudulent charges to my credit card.

I ordered a perfume 1 month ago and have not received it or heard back from several emails I’ve sent them. This is ridiculous, I want my $70 back !!!

Zero stars !!! This place is a scam !!! Never received my order after placing it two months ago, and they have already charged my account, sent multiple emails and no response from anyone, the phone number is not in service. This site needs to be shut down so nobody else gets taken !!!

I will take this review down if anything changes. As of today 10 days ago, I ordered $170 worth of perfume from this company. I received the initial email with the order number and that was it... radio silence. Five days later I sent my first email through the website inquiring about shipping and a tracking number. I received an immediate AI response thanking me and telling me they will be in contact with me. That was the first and only time I have had somewhat of a response from this company. Three emails later, leaving my phone number, and nobody has called or returned an email to me. I have no idea if my perfumes are going to be sent out or not. As someone who owns a small business dealing with perfumes? I could not imagine giving this kind of customer service. Yes, their prices are decent, but you can't just ignore your customers after taking their money. We're not dealing with small dollars either. I came back here to edit… Forget about the phone number on WhatsApp it is not in service.

Terrible company! I ordered two perfumes on 9/25/2023 from Tubellas. I downloaded both the shop and AfterShip apps to track my orders. For almost one week no updates on either app that my order was fulfilled. I tried calling and their number is a WhatsApp number that directs you to a life alert company. I send multiple emails and nothing for almost one week. Then I see the cheap perfume I ordered was shipped. The one I paid $282 dollars for has not been and I can’t get a hold of the company by telephone or email. I reached out to my bank and they are investigating now. If I can give a company a zero I would. So be extremely aware if you are considering ordering from this company. The say orders ship between 2-5 business days. That’s not true at all.
