I want to respectfully clarify that your order placed on June 13 came with a 12-business-day shipping timeline. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays, so the estimated delivery date falls around July 1, meaning your order is still within the promised delivery window.

I understand you were expecting quicker delivery, but USPS and most courier services do not count weekends as business days. We shipped your order promptly in line with what was advertised at checkout.

We genuinely regret that this caused any frustration, but I want to assure you that we’ve honored the timeline communicated at the time of purchase.
