Terrible website, I was still charged for some items I had at checkout despite hitting "cancel payment." And even with my bank account being charged, I never received any confirmation of the order to my email. That's when I knew this entire site was a scam. I have attempted to reach someone several times with zero luck, and it has been an annoying process disputing my charges on this site. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!

Avoid this company at all costs.

I placed an order with this company and never received a refund after returning the product / canceling the order. Despite multiple attempts with customer service, I was ignored or given empty promises about lies stating, we have done our job, but it's not our fault you have not received your refund.

This company took my money and failed to resolve the issue in any meaningful way. The lack of accountability and customer support is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere unless you’re comfortable risking a loss.

Still waiting for a refund that never came.
I ordered a product from this company and was supposed to receive a refund. That never happened. Customer service was responsive, but unhelpful, and I was forced to waste my time chasing my own money I never received.

This experience shows a complete disregard for customers. I will never order from them again and I suggest others think twice before doing business with a lame and unreliable company that can’t be trusted to refund customers their money.

The delivery date kept changing and I had no clear update from My books joint. By the time it finally came, book was damaged with pages bent. Bad experience.

It's a month now and order not received to me. I am continuously mailing to support email id mentioned on Mybooksjoint website, but no respond. They are scammers, please reply to my emails or refund my money as soon as possible. I don't know how trustpilot allowing these websites to be here.

However, I received an email week later saying the book was actually unavailable and that I would be refunded. Despite multiple emails and messages, it took nearly three weeks before the refund showed up in my account. The communication was slow and inconsistent, leaving me worried about whether I’d actually get my money back. I had to eventually buy the same book from another retailer to meet my deadlines which ended up being more expensive. The whole experience left me disappointed because it wasn’t the pricing or packaging that bothered me. But it was the lack of urgency in resolving something as important as a refund.

They need to fix both their payment system and delivery process immediately.

Worst website! I purchased a book from Mybooksjoint and it was not delivered on time. It finally arrived after 20 days but the book was in such poor condition that it couldn’t even be read.

I live in Venezuela and i purchased 1 book from Mybooksjoint but it was counterfeit. It's no use for me as some pages were missing. I have no words what i feel right now. Not recommended.

Books condition what i received was so poor as text was not printed in some of the lines. I wanted that book on urgent basis, its frustrating situation for me.

Mybooksjoint was a letdown. Clunky website, limited selection, high prices, slow shipping, and damaged books. Customer service didn't impress either.

I ordered a book which is listed as new but what I received was clearly used with markings and bent pages. I expected better quality based on the description. I emailed multiple time but no support from their side.

The print quality was terrible, some pages were blurry and the covers looked nothing like the originals. I suspect these are not genuine editions. For the price I paid, I expected at least decent quality.

I am really frustrated with this website. I ordered NFPA books over a month ago but I still have not received them. When I check the tracking, it shows the package is in India. When exactly will I get my order?
