Extremely slow shipping and poor customer service
This is the third order Iâve place with this company in the last year. 3 strikes and youâre out.
Each time there were very slow fulfillment times and unprofessional customer service.
This last incident was an order I place 6/7/26. Today is 7/2/26 and it has not been received. Iâve contacted them multiple times. First I was told it had been delivered; then, that it was in transit. Today they again state it was delivered.
It was not.
They offered no refund.
Iâll never do business with them again and highly recommend others do not.
The items arenât so great that this hassle is worth the time dealing with the unprofessionalism.
UPDATE:
There isnât one. Within hours of posting my review, the company submitted a reply. It stated they would contact me.
I have had zero contact nor received a refund.
