Not delivered
I made an order a while back, never was able to track it, I got the tracking number and everything but when I clicked on it I would get an error pop up. I finally got a message saying it delivered, well I went to the post office and no package delivered.. I gave it a few days just in case it was some kind of delay and still nothing, I then reached out to the company and they said they would send me a refund but only partial refund due to a third party company that handles the refunds, I don’t know why I lose money when it wasn’t my fault the product didn’t make it here. And then I never even got the refund…. Very dissatisfied with this company and the product and refund I never received.
