Having a very positive experience always with Eugene at Buzz! He's always so helpful and cheerful!

I have used buzz.ai (and its previous iteration, Kennected) for a few years now and it has been a great way to connect with new people. Elias and the other staff there provide solid support in their quarterly calls.

Evgeny is an absolutely amazing CSM!! I am so grateful to have him supporting me. I constantly have very complex questions for him and he ALWAYS has the answer and usually a little added insight as well. Buzz.ai is an amazing product and having actual human intelligence like Evgeny to compliment this product really takes it to the next level.

Caroline has been super helpful and spent many sessions helping me develop strategies and improve campaigns and filters to target more clients. She's answered questions and is on top of things, answering questions and getting back to me in a super timely manner with whatever I need.

The services were not that great...after cancelling in writing, and acknowledged by two individuals at Buzz, they continued to charge my corporate credit card. Repeated emails of I'm looking into it have gone nowhere. I have had to file a dispute with Amex...send all the correspondence and waste my time on this.

Can not recommend, if you cancel they still will charge your card another month, because they want 30 days notice, then they will continue to charge your card, and although they will acknowledge their error, they will repeat this reply when you inquire about your refund "Apologies for the delay, and thank you for your patience. Our management team is still processing the refund request, and we understand it’s taking longer than expected." to date we have paid 5 months of service and have never utilized the service even once. Maybe the service is good if you use it, we wouldn't know. Make sure you know what your getting and want it because getting your credit card off auto pay is time consuming and to date impossible.

Eugene is fantastic. We are almost complete setting up the best campaign ever. He cares, is very personable, is detailed, focused and cares about my success. Just a great guy.

I’ve received great and insightful customer service during my time working with Buzz. My representative/advisor is Elias Ushar. He is very knowledgeable and professional and has helped me set up and adjust my marketing campaigns based on my employers needs.

This is the worst company to deal with. I got ZERO results from their "LinkedIn Outreach" program. Added alot of people on LinkedIn but ZERO new business. I specifically told their customer service that the renewal fee of $1200 WAS NOT AUTHORIZED. They charged my card anyways. I am disputing it with my bank. Never again, Buzz.Ai. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Eugene was an amazing guide to create my new campaign and refresh the existing ones. I really appreciate his knowledge and professionalism while been patient. Kudos to amazing reps like him that make our experience wonderful.

Natalia has being great to work with at Buzz. She is very knowledgeable and helpful in setting me up on the system and refining my searches to ensure that I maximise every moment on Buzz. She is always available and I appreciate her assistance every time. She makes using Buzz (which is a great tool) very simple to do and a great experience.

I have been working with Caroline Levine at Buzz.ai. Honestly I'd be lost without her. Caroline knows the platform inside and out and has been extremely helpful to build marketing plans and helping me execute them. Buzz.ai can do a large variety of useful things to help you market which is why it is so important to have someone such as Caroline to help you navigate it properly to get the best results.
