The worst experience in communication. I was applying for the customer success role. The personnel just ignored and ghosted me after all interviews and meetings we had. No response, even though they received and saw my messages in Headhunter chat, Telegram chat and Linkedin chat.
Looks like there are no professionals in the company because even one of the founders doesn't care to give a short response. Really disappointed of such childish behavior.

Isaac has made our experience with Buzz great! He's patient, understands our needs, and makes applicable recommendations...that work!

Buzz is a scam of a company. Their team takes days/weeks to respond.

I’ve had to file multiple fraudulent chargebacks

Also found out just recently that everything they do is not allowed on LinkedIn.

Buzz is simple to use and effective. I've had nothing but good experiences when working with the Buzz team. They're always super responsive and helpful when I need advice and/or assistance.

Buzz is a powerful tool that has been helping me expand my network and my social selling activities. We've also used it to keep in touch with individuals from an account management perspective which has been great for the customer experience and ongoing engagement.

I don't have anything bad to say. Buzz is a great platform run by great people!

Nothing works and they wouldn't refund me. The platform and support was so terrible I definitely wouldn't use it, I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me so I did a chargeback.

So far I have been impressed with Buzz.ai. There support team is excellent.

Great tool for building relationships - I highly recommend Buzz for sales and marketing teams. The Buzz support team is top notch and they pay attention to and have implemented feature requests.

Isaac has been great to talk with - he is very personal and knowledgeable - He is a huge help.

Been with Buzz for over 2 years after trying a few other options. Easy, intitive and powerful product. They are continually developing new features. Their support team is personable and attentive. We have been continually pushing the product to do more with it and when we're stuck, the chat is with a real person and when we need more in-depth help, my account managr, Isaac with Gareth or Mitzi, the technical experts invite me to a Zoom call and work through our scenarios.

The product works well, delivers results and team is very helpful. We are able to quickly setup and start campaigns. Our engagement in this tool with prospects is the highest of all our channels.

The platform has great functionality and is being improved on a regular basis. We have had a few issues, but our CSM, Isaac, is on top of everything and helps drive resolution. We meet with Issac weekly and his knowledge and expertise has been invaluable.

The Buzz support team is the most active and highly customer centric team. I've been using Buzz from last 2 years and their chat support always amaze me in terms of their problem solving skills. The most awesome part is they never sound robotic to you.

We have been using Buzz now for over a year for our LinkedIn lead generation campaigns.

The great thing is that they are very easy to deal with and once you agree who you are going to target and the key messaging they are off and away!

I would recommend Buzz

The best thing about dealing with Buzz is the support from Isaac. Anyone can sell software and ship it out the door. Drive by sales.
Buzz invests the time to help me learn how to effectively utilize the software. Probably i would eventually figure everything out -- but this way I am way more productive more quickly. Good business model.
