I made an order on 27th of February and till now didn't receive and they are replying back to me on all mails I sent to them

Ordered 3rd of march and till now no information, no tracking and no response. Ive been scammed

I haven't recieved any updates on my insoles yet and the customer service does not respond to any e mails at all.

Bad experience so far!

Is there any number we could reach out to?

I have ordered the insoles on 04.02. and still has not received them. Money was charged immediately. Tracking information just says that they were sent out, no update since then.
Customer service is ignoring any questions. No answer so far. Terrible service.

Update: finally received the product after one month. Customer service never replied about my problem. Would not order again.

It’s a SCAM ! You will never hear from them again! I sent them more than 4 emails with no reply.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I have contacted the company multiple times regarding my order, but I still haven’t received any response.

The website states a delivery time of 4–7 days, yet more than 10 days have passed and the order has not even been shipped.

A lack of communication and failure to meet stated delivery times makes this a frustrating experience.

Ein neues Unternehmen, von dem ich auf Instagram Werbung geschaltet bekommen habe verkauft „innovative“ Einlagen für Schuhe speziell zum Padeltennis spielen.

Nach den Kauf dauerte es zwar 2 Wochen, was an dem Versand (und vermutlich auch Produktion) aus China lag, aber dann waren sie auch schon da und in der Tat sehr bequem und passten perfekt (43er Größe bei 42,5er Schuhe).

Allerdings habe ich nach wie vor noch Beschwerden nach dem Padeln und habe Schmerzen im Fußgelenk, aber ich habe auch keine Wunderheilung erwartet.

Der Preis ist etwas hoch, aber mal sehen wie lange sie halten.
